If it is Henry....just remember that Rome wasn't built in a day and to get his vision/mantra will take time to embed so it won't be instant that we play this wonderful attacking football we all want to see but if we look organised with a game plan and we actually press harder and use the ball more, it will be an improvement.

Personally think it s great move.....if our players can't be in awe or inspired by those two on the changing room then they must have something wrong with them mentality....I'm excited by this and with the right DOF in place, we can fly again!

Brentford 's setup is completely different to ours and Dean Smith is just a cog in the machine.

They did the right thing in giving Bruce a chance to impress and he blew it. We may know the new manager before the weekend with the speed of dismissals of the backroom staff but again, makes sense to let someone who works at the club to babysit this match so that they can see from the stands what he has to work with.

And this is the short termism that will get us no where....our next manager needs to be young and progressive....not a quick fix papering over the cracks!

I think it's just a matter of time....as much as we want to get back to the prem ad quick as possible.....the financial worries are a distant memory....and these 2 are in it for the long haul...they are just getting the foundations strong behind the scenes so that when the manager is changed, it will be with a long term project in mind. My opinion of course.

Adding to the young inexperienced managers....Gerrard isn't doing to bad a job at Rangers. So JT as manager could be worth a go.
