just booked our October holiday to Gran Canaria AGAIN. Campa international Maspalomas We try to have one sight seeing holiday (Santorini in June) and a late sitting in the sun resting and chilling. Love it there, always warm and sunny, great café and bar culture, live and let live and not too pricey

most hated place Egypt, hate the way we were treated Mrs T is blond with blue eyes (even though in her 50s, still wouldn't leave us alone). Not safe for single girls they were harassed continually. Hated every minute

2017 We did Malta not keen, old buildings great, but got very samie. Loads of building work EVERYWHERE. Also Paris for a long weekend and Gran Canaria (we been 6 times to Maspalomas area) Love it there live and let live attitude and always hot. This year we are off to Santorini to celebrate my 60th. Very expensive and looks like we will need plenty of spending money Any advice on Santorini would be appreciated

Been twice. It helps that MrsT speaks French. We both love French food Stayed in Monmatre both times, that's where you get the best views as highest point in Paris ,the square where the artists are is amazing. They are not there all year so plan your time. Also even though it sounds odd, the cemetery there is worth a visit
