They are currently talking about us, mentioning how we undeniably deserve more respect and how good a job Unai has done with us since he joined... I get the whole Talkshite angle, but we really have to let go of this woe is us attitude in regards to the media ...

    130am and I can't sleep, in my time as a Villa fan we have made 2 FA cup finals and 2 league cup finals yet this match feels like the biggest one for me in my time. Maybe because we are the favourites and that winning this competition is a real possibility, maybe because it's European trophy and despite this being the 3rd tier in Europe it holds some allure to me... Whatever the reason it doesn't look like I'm getting anymore sleep tonight. Please Villa put in a performance that makes all this worth it!

    Even though I'm in Australia, I listen to a lot of Talksport... We have been spoken about on there heaps. Cundy and O'Hara were genuinely staggered by Cash's comments, I found them a bit baffling. The only person I've heard be short of praise for us is Goldstein, and he's just a bitter twisted United fan I don't know about all media but Talksport have been nothing but fair as far as us being a discussion piece.

    I didn't really know why I felt like that, but you're totally right... I think if we are to progress we need to be clinical, our players have gone to the well so many times recently that we need some luck as well. They will come to the match to be nothing but difficult and horrible and it will be even worse next week. We need a performance for the ages! 2-0 after 30 minutes is my prediction

    On an Aussie Villa page on other social media, the question was asked whether we would want Jack back... I won't go through all the answers, the yes probably just outweighed the no. The thing I found funny is how the "no's" just gave their answer, the "yes's" seemed awfully offended and even hurt by the "no" answer and some even chose to pick fb handbags with the "no" people. All seemed quite silly from supposedly a bunch of adults.

    We will get 4 points from the next 3 matches, Therefore Spurs would have to get 11 points and turn around a minus 6 goal difference, or get 12 points m, from their last 5 matches .... I get it is mathematically possible but only based on two teams completely abandoning form they have shown over a sample size of 33-35 matches... We are finishing 4th If we don't finish 4th, you can take your misery out on me, I am fair game for it now. But.... We are going to finish 4th and hopefully be in a European cup final

    Just to clarify for your sake and then I'm done, I never said anyone was or wasn't a fan.... I articulated that maybe try to "enjoy" it rather than to constantly bemoan every trivial point that crosses the mind...
