    I must admit im just waiting for him to go too far on twitter. As i just tweeted someone -Tony's tweets are alot like some of our defenders over the years, generally good but he's got a clanger in him!

    I have seen some harshly judging xia - granted we all will have different opinions which of course makes villatalk the joy it is but it is so so early to be painting xia a devil, or saviour! You have said you are reserving judgement until the window is closed which to me is a more sensible time to reflect.

    I think some might - the only reason i knew of him was i started watching the championship version of matchoftheday when we nearly went down and carried on so i would know a bit about the opposition if we did ever go down ( ) He featured quite heavily on that programme last season! Its true what you say though ots very easy to convince ourselves of who will be pur next saviour

    His in game grimaces are reminiscent of Reo Coker's. I personally believe it to be more than just R.B.F with Ayew unfortunately.

    Definatly - also as suggested if that was certain players chance to ' play for their shirts ' they just signed their own death warrant. No points lost and a potential distraction to promotion out the way to boot? I'm getting carried away here.

    I think we are mostly all agreed on the need to replace/upgrade Hutton, however to find one that is great at defending, runs up and down the line and has a good cross/end attacking product could prove very difficult and may be the reason we don't yet have one. It would be alot easier to get a solid defensive right back but with how we are playing the full backs are our width. It is potentially the hardest position to fill. Maybe Amavi has a brother or something...

    Very much this. He plays like that one kid at school that was quite good but never ever passed to anyone. Unfortunatly i can only see his onfield sulks becoming more frequent and spilling over to off field ones

    My new favourite player - need i say more! ...i will. Over time his positive influence over some of his teammates will only grow. How different last year could have been with Tommy in that dressing room ... anyway onwards and upwards!

    Very impressed today and hopeful for the future - saw some great movement and runs inbetween the centrebacks but the pass never came.. if we get someone who can make some of these passes before the window closes can easily see him scoring a bucketload. Really noticed how good his corners were as well. Something we havent had for a long while

    Agreed - great insight at the time of the take over and the good feeling associated with a new poster take me back to ryuyokoi when we signed Angel. ( that could have been H&V i forget..)
