Good possession then. 100% disagree with "going backwards too much". They've been rampant in possession and attack, we're ahead and need to take the pace out of the game and make them work for it for a change. It's that kind of shit that causes the pressure when we've got the ball and some of the shitty atmosphere at home games imo. *edit* To clarify, not having a dig, I mean it feels as though the times we DO have the ball we MUST do something with it, and it's usually just a pass to nothing and we're back to chasing space again.

We're our own worst enemy in attack sometimes, we really are. I don't fancy a defence racing back to re-organise facing the pace of United counter attacks so we need to make it worth it when we are in their end of the pitch!

FFS, Gabby just overplayed that, two options making a run and we get **** all. Not even a shot.

If we can get in to this a bit more, which we are starting to, their defense is not very good. Their full backs are **** young and Valencia who are both absolute wank defensively. I'd put Gabby out further wide and bollock them down the wings.

Some of the jucier bits in the middle, I guess. We've only just hired a person to analyse statistical data and advise on player recruitment? Wow. It's only "broadly" specific in that we've hired someone. Are they from Opta (contractor) or do they use data just from Opta? Also it doesn't really indicate anything that clearly - were we already getting data from them but making less informed decisions? I think the obvious assumption is that we had no one doing those things, though. Like This?
