  1. Really impressed with Jack today, tricky and quick feet, he wants to beat players and not afraid to run with the ball, am happy the way Lambert is easing him in, it's only a matter of time before he is a regular and a really important first team player too, well done today Jack
  2. I would take that for now, Salah would be a fantastic addition to the side, would walk into our 11!
  3. We as a team don't score enough, he would help improve that by creating chances.
  4. Could only happen as a loan deal I reckon especially if we sign Cleverley, Lennon can be frustrating but at least he tries to beat players and can whip balls in, I would certainly welcome him.
  5. That won't happen, us or Everton. Everton hardly need him and couldn't see him walking into that side like he would ours, even though I don't agree with it but he would if we splashed a lot of cash on him.
  6. Rodders I would appreciate if you didn't follow me around the forum, it's a bit weird, thanks in advance xxxx
  7. It is ridiculous how many midfielders they have.... Sandro Paulinho Dembele Townsend Lennon Chadli Capoue Lamela Eriksen Holtby Bentaleb In fairness Pochettino has rotated quite well pretty early on and the likes of Chadli and Capoue who were previously frozen out have started games but I can't see him keeping everyone happy so some will have to leave. Pretty much everyone from that list would improve us. I would take any of them over Cleverley that's for sure, embarrassment of riches at the lane.
  8. Ya wha? Are you stalking me!? Reply to my post where I addressed you would be more in your line, stop embarrassing yourself this is a thread about Tommy.
  9. This is true mate, and if he does sign I will support him.
  10. Fair enough if that's what you think, I have watched him many times and not once has he stood out for united other than he was usually shit, you might not like my opinion on him but I'm not here to please you, if we sign him I won't be impressed as he is just another hyped up English player who if he was from anywhere else would be worth £3m tops, just my opinion of course, not the first time we have seen over priced English players now is it? You probably have never watched him but you subscribe to something like the Lad Bible and get your opinions from there. Basing this on someone you don't know and have never met? That's a good way to attack a post/poster, a good sign that you have no argument whatsoever when you make no point and just post for the sake of it, well done son. Back to the lad bible with you(whatever that is, your dirty mags at bedtime?)

  12. A deals a way away yet no? Correct. Apparently Hull have had a bid accepted too and Everton are interested. No reason to assume he's coming here. Can't see how Everton could fit him in, they seem well covered in that area, Hull would probably beat us for wages so if he is moving for money then he will probably choose them, let's hope he's after the wonga!!
  13. Personally I think we won't meet his wage demands and that will be that and we move on somewhere else, or at least that is what I am hoping for, Tom creates nothing goals wise and offers little or nothing in a game, and yes I have seen him in plenty of games and my opinion has never changed.
  14. What I'm basing my comments on, is that I've seen him play in attacking roles, as well as central midfield, and he's not been as wasteful as Gabby, Weimann and N'Zogbia and that Grealish is still inexperienced and shouldn't be relied on to be our best attacking option. He's been poor for Man Utd, but just imagine how dreadful Gabby, Weimann and Zog would be for Man Utd. Cleverley is not a bad player. Cheers for the 'talking out my arse' and 'dribble' comments also. You're obviously a fantastic poster who has a lot of great things to say. Apologies, was a bit wound up earlier over Cleverley as I'm not overly happy with the link, your post just frustrated me but I do take it back, you're right there was no need for my insults.
  15. Didn't he play for Wigan in the Prem? And he performed really well, which lead to him breaking into Fergie's team. What are you basing Cleverley being better as an attacking option than Gabby and Weimann? I am saying you're talking out of your arse cos cleverley's stats are atrocious from an attacking side of things. Better than grealish and Nzogbja based on experience and form? Gimme a break ffs, your points don't stand up and to be honest and you need to think about what you're saying instead of just posting this dribble!
  16. Any indication given he will agree personal terms? If he's on £70k I hope we are giving him nowhere near that, thought he would have been ok for about £5m but £8-9m is a bit high, another player who creates absolutely fook all, fantastic
  17. How many assists he get last season, 1? He is not what we need I feel.
  18. Haha brilliant, I like you're thinking mate!
  19. Barcelona to Villa!? Come off it, could see him going back to arsenal if anywhere.
  20. I think you are underestimating Villa here. Benteke's s head was turned was it not, we refused to do a deal with Spurs unless they matched our fee. Downing's head was turned was it not, we only accepted 20million. Young in his last season, we managed to do a deal with United at 16million. Barry we managed to do a deal with City for 12million with one year remaining. Vlaar is an important player as well as the captain, if you think 5 days before the deadline, we'd do a deal for 10million, I really do doubt it. Fair points above I just hope he doesn't say he wants to leave and a bid comes in and the situation changes, I hope he commits to Villa I really do.
  21. Agree with you there, if it is to happen I hope it's not on the last day and we don't get to spend the money on replacements
  22. How is it too late? United in a crisis, LVG knows Vlaar and rates him and needs someone experienced to sort out the defence, even if it takes £10m I can see them doing it, they are over paying for everyone this summer why stop now? Obviously I hope this doesn't happen but I feel it will.
  23. Personally think Vlaar will be a united player by the end of this transfer window.
  24. Holy shit are you actually taking the piss? Disgraceful footballer who has found his level up in Scotland, would be gutted if we got linked with him, awful awful awful, did I mention he's awful!?
