The Browns consistently finish in shit positions, get good draft picks and STILL be shit. They've always done it, and they always will. They had a great roster this season and still went 4-12 The texans had a good roster too,did not get them into the playoffs.Didnt get them relegated either.

Lambert does not have the ability to work on such a small budget,he is a big bugdet manager along the lines of Mourinho,and as such,should move on to fresh pastures.

And as for replacements for Lambert,how about all the managers of teams with less of a budget than we have but have put teams out to not only compete but beat the Villa,starting with Nigel Clough!

More to the point, does anyone believe that anybody could turn us in a side competing for Europe in 18 months? Who do you suggest that could do this dounavilla?
