I've been thinking about this poll for a while... since I saw the old badge on some website somewhere... then I ordered the away 1982 shirt... and it got me thinking... it wasn't until I saw that avfc1982 felt the same way that I decided to put the poll up...

    oh, I'm all for the round badge by the way... I was a little disappointed when they introduced the new shield... and I still prefer the round one now Not the biggest issue on everyone's mind... just thought I'd see what other people thought cheers

    Good article. Interesting, if a little one-sided. I'll give a more informative posting when I'm not drunk. However, I haven't voted either way... largely because I'm a little ambivalent to the idea prima facie... but the article makes some valid points. Perhaps the stewards could be a little more lax when comes to enforcing the letter of the law... this would certainly circumvent the segregation issues alluded to in the article... In short, wait 'til I'm sober... then I'll respond.

    He was good a few years ago when he had Niall Quinn by his side... but I don't think too much of him of a player nowadays... still if he pulls on the Claret and Blue and steps onto Villa Park, he'll have my 100% backing and I would hope he proves me wrong ("No" for me though)

    The nominees have just come out: Franky L or Stevie G for me... but wouldn't be surprised to see Cech or Terry win... Johnson and Henry would be more surprising (I've gone for Franky L Jr)
