    Its leftfield, its outside the box, its different. He may turn out to be shit, it may not work but it will be exciting watching it all unfold. He will try and play good football which is a plus. He is young and enthusiastic which is a plus. He has won titles already which is a plus. Lets get behind him and give him a chance and enjoy the ride. I really like the way PF and RL have done their business. Seems like they thought this through and may have started planning since the Bolton game.

    Ive said it before - Makoun, Ireland and N'Zogbia in the same midfield as someone like Diame would be a really good midfield imo. With Bent up top and maybe Holman on the right.

    If we are going to develop as a football team and as team that can keep possession then we need Ireland, Makoun and N'Zogbia in our midfield. These three need to be supplmented with 2 or 3 good midfielders, ideally one would be Holman and the other a very good CM.

    I would get rid of Hutton, Dunne, Warnock, Delph and Fonz. I take it Heskey and Cuellar leaving are a given. Then we need to sign 2 quality DMs and quality winger. Also the scouting system needs an overhaul
