    Agree with Trent, Rodgers is the best out of that category and I can see him becoming a really good manager for Liverpool. They will need to give him time though.

    I would be suprised if we dont spend this summer. I would think he is now happy with the wage bill and is happy to add a few quality players alongside some younger players.

    Yeah MM and Gazton are ITK as you can get with Villa. The trouble is AVFC are very guarded and really only RL and PF know what is going on. Unless they purposefully leak info. We only found about OGS because of the plane. MM and Glazton may get ITK on good faith but it may not come to fruition or things may change last minute. Doesnt mean that they have relayed misleading information.

    I doubt Makoun is on £50k a week. Also do we really pay all of Irelands wages, I am sure Gazton said something about City still paying some of it. Whats the wage to turnover target? We still need at least another 5 players to be comptetive next year. At about £30k pw each that would be £7.8m on top of that not including NI, Medical insurance and bonus.
