@Villan4Life Have you ever watched El Bilal Traore? He’s a 17 year old forward that plays for Rennes and Mali (he’s actually just scored a penalty for Mali). He seems to have notched up a good handful of senior appearances even at his young age.
i've watched him play twice mate and he looks very impressive.
Sheff Utd & Marseille where interested in him few months ago. Definitely someone to monitor as a potential signing.

Yusuf Yazıcı (Lille) an Attacking Midfield 23 year old Turkish player is worth looking at.
They signed him in summer of 2019 for around £15.7million from Trabzonspor and he has had a great start this season.
Two hat-tricks (inc Hat-trick vs AC Milan last week) in Europa League already this season.

Harry Pickering (Crewe Alexandra) 21 year old left back that can also play as a Central Midfielder
He's already having yet another good season for Crewe and is the best young left back in lower divisions, as well as being a excellent talent his stats are impressive too.
@omariqyknow' how much i rate Pickering and i also mentioned him on my The Villa Talks podcast.

Salary: Attractive Remuneration
Location: Predominantly Home-Based, with some occasional working from Bodymoor Heath Training Ground and travel to matches (where required)
Closing Date: Sunday 22 November 2020
We have two new, exciting opportunities for Video Scouts to work within our Men's First Team Recruitment Department. The role will be predominantly home-based, although some occasional working at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground and travel to matches may be required.
Reporting into the Head of Scouting Operations, you will identify, review, report on and monitor target teams and players through video to support the club’s overarching recruitment strategy. These posts will help to assess players who may be of interest, and effectively utilise available data in order to make holistic and evidence-based recommendations regarding potential target players.
As a Video Scout, this post will compile and collate reports and focus on player priorities relating to the current composition of the AVFC squad. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the Club’s current players (First Team through to U18s) when assessing prospective new signings.
The successful postholder will have previous experience of working in either a scouting or coaching capacity at a professional football club (preferably at First Team level). You should be IT literate and have experience of using scouting systems such as ISF and Wyscout, or the ability to master them in a short period of time. As this role will be based remotely, you will need a strong work ethic along with the ability and self-motivation to work independently and remotely.
For further information please see the attached Role Profile.

Tyrone Mings believes black footballers will consider boycotting clubs who have not signed up to the FA's historic leadership diversity code, which was unveiled on Tuesday.
As revealed by Sportsmail, Southampton are the only Premier League club not to have joined the FA's new initiative to help combat inequality at the very top of football.
Over 40 clubs across men's and women's professional football have agreed to becoming founding members of the code, with the FA hopeful that many more will follow suit.
Aston Villa defender Mings was part of a players' focus group who helped develop the code and — alongside the chair of the FA's advisory inclusion board Paul Elliott — played a key role ahead of its launch.
The code, as revealed by Sportsmail last week, demands that clubs appoint more female, black, Asian and mixed-heritage staff to coaching positions.
And Mings, 27, said: 'Of course it will come into players' minds if they see that one club has alienated itself from the code by choosing not to sign up or choosing to not be a part of it. You would want to ask the question why.
'That may be an issue that those clubs may have to deal with in the future, those difficult conversations around, 'Why haven't you signed up?'.'
England star Mings, who was racially abused during his international debut in Bulgaria last year, has been a big supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement — he was one of 4,000 people to attend a march in Birmingham in June.
Southampton's current position as the only top-flight club not to sign up certainly leaves them open to criticism.
But those in positions of power at St Mary's are said to be entirely comfortable with their decision, believing their work in promoting equality and diversity at the club in recent years speaks for itself.
There is also a feeling — a view shared by a number of EFL clubs who have decided against joining — that Southampton did not feel they were afforded enough time to consider whether joining up to the code would be worthwhile, given the advances they have already made internally in trying to create a more diverse workforce.
The club were reluctant to sign up as a token gesture and issued a robust defence of their decision in a statement — but also opened the door to becoming a member in the future.
'Southampton FC are wholly supportive of the Football Leadership Diversity Code objectives,' they said in a statement. 'We are aware that the Premier League are revising their Equality Standard to bring the two closer together.
At this time the club consider its most appropriate course of action is to wait and understand how a revised Premier League Equality Standard and the Football Leadership Diversity Code will work together and complement each other before revising our recruitment targets and already established processes.
'We have had productive and encouraging discussions with Paul Elliott on this topic and will continue to work closely with him on this.'
On Southampton's decision, Mings acknowledged that having total unanimity in the top flight would be symbolic of a collective determination to drive equality.
He said: 'I don't know the reasons why Southampton haven't signed up but I guess if there's one that hasn't it means 19 have. It's important to look at the positives. The fact that there are so many that have signed up represents huge progress and that is probably more important than the one that hasn't.
'But of course if they do sign up and the whole Premier League signs up it represents a real collective sign of people wanting to make change.
'At the moment that's not something that we have but hopefully in future they will and they will see the benefits of being part of a collective.'

They actually played really well second half so while I still think they'll go down they have more life about them than Fulham, down to having a manager experienced at this level.
I rated Grant at Huddersfield and he's scord today and had one just offside last week. I'd have gone in for him considering Huddersfield sold him for 15m and sent them Davis on season loan.
I said this to @omariqyChris mate,
That we should go fo Karlan Grant (before baggies bought him) to push Ollie giving him competition upfront.
At £15mil it really was no brainier.

Lassina scored 5 goals for Ajax in 13-0 away win at VVV Venlo yesterday.

I’m a newbie to this forum, so I’m sure you’ve answered these kind of questions before, so apologies for that!
How did you get in to scouting? How many matches do you watch a week? How many times do you have to watch a player before you feel you’ve got a comprehensive understanding of them? Prior to working specifically for clubs, how would you go about selling a player to a club?
Sorry for bombarding you with them, but always found scouting fascinating, and wanted to know more about it, and if it wasn’t for Omar’s podcast, I wouldn’t have known we had a scout on the forum!
Hi Rich, after many years pondering shall i get into scouting, i worked at Villa as a voluntary coach back in 1996 before match days i used to help coach kids down at Stumps next to Villa Park, i decided in early 2017 that i would try and pursue it as a secondary career and saved up to do the qualifiications with the P.F.S.A (Professional Football Scouting Assoication), normally i can't spot good player quickly one or two matches.
Before i was scout best i did apart from post on here suggestion's was i worked out Paul Lambert's then Villa email address and emailed him a player suggestion but he never replied.

I watched him on loan at AFC Wimbledon last season. I really rate him he's a good player.
Mark Harrison (Academy Manager) at Villa will know about him too as Forss was in the West Bromwich |Academy for number of years before signing for yourselves.
