  1. Why does it piss you off? Would you be more pissed off if season ticket holders were able to buy more than one ticket and it would have got this far?
  2. Not surprised they're selling slowly due to the criterias they've set.
  3. I reckon it will sell out. If Walsall can take 27,000 I think Villa should be able to shift 31,900 tickets. It might go to general sale though, It has been 5 long, hard years since the last time Villa played at Wembley and at least it should be a nice distraction from the unrelenting grind of staying up. Probably 10k villa lol. TBH I just don't think theres the same buzz around that there was 5 years ago. Every day i would get calls/texts to keep an ear out for spares, think this time round I've had just 2/3 to date. Don't get me wrong i would like to go but I'm really not that fussed if i get a ticket or not, especially now it means loosing a days money on the Monday! The bigger picture appears a lot of damage has been done over the last 4/5 years and folk have simply just lost the bug and its not coming back over night. Pretty sure we struggled to sell the tickets for the last semi final there, although that could be due to having been there in the league cup final a month before and people not fussed or wanting to go again.
  4. Didn't lambert give him a new contract? yeah 2 year deal. Thats why i said lucky he didnt let him go. I think a lot of managers would have let him go, fair play to lambert for giving him a contract.
  5. Villa cash is no longer on sale. For anybody worried about view, in my opinion there is no such thing as a bad view at Wembley. I've watched 3 nfl games there and villa 3 times, sat in different areas each time and had no issue. Wouldn't say I prefer one over the other.
  6. Every season ticket holder will get a ticket if they buy before start of April so just wait until then to But if it's an issue?
  7. Its irrelevant. Watford and Palace are absolutely nowhere near wembley But it makes it a lot easier for those that want to meet up and cause trouble to do so.
  8. It's mostly neutral and corporate, not sure you can buy individual tickets as they sold as a 10 year season ticket.
  9. Didn't lambert give him a new contract?
  10. It's pointless debating this now, let's revisit in 3 years time as a new manager coming in and getting results isn't unheard of.
  11. We also thought they wouldn't play the we Saturday evening but they did. Nothing will surprise me when the fa, to and police are involved!
  12. You might not care but some might be able to make one day and not the other. It's like buying a ticket to a gig and not knowing when it will be, madness.
  13. Gone are the days of a player just having one shirt.
  14. Does the game not have to have been played though? I know it did last time as people I knew tried to buy tickets for game in the near future to boost their chances but it didn't work. Edit - just read that it's the 9th you can buy a ticket on, thought it was earlier.
  15. I'd hope so, bit strange buying a ticket when you don't actually know when it will be.
  16. Having villa baggies and blues fans all in London on the same day is asking for trouble. You and I may not think so but it's giving those that want to cause trouble the perfect opportunity.
  17. Either late tonight, or more likely, tomorrow, is my guess. They're waiting to see if Arsenal go through in the Champions League, because the two legs of the CL quarter final are either side of the FA Cup semi. If they go through, I would guess that they would play on the Saturday. If they don't, I would expect us to play on the Saturday, as they probably want the two teams with the least travelling to do to play on the Sunday. I don't think the Blues/Baggies games in London on the Saturday afternoon are as big a deal as some are making out. Given that Man United are playing at Chelsea on Saturday night, I would expect the first semi-final to be on Saturday lunchtime (with the second semi late afternoon on Sunday). So the travel plans of Villa/Baggies/Blues fans wouldn't coincide too much if we were playing on the Saturday. Saturday lunchtime would be a nightmare, they've always been played late afternoon. Plus the baggies/ blues thing isn't to do with travel, it's to do with them all being in London at the same time and could cause trouble.
  18. They won't, the matches will have had to be played.
  19. as shown in my picture mate they have had invaders before the final whistle as well!! hate the BBC That was just one Bradford fan wasn't it?
  20. Absolutely, it stemmed from the lower Doug Ellis who probably couldn't see down the other end properly and thought it was over. Amazes me that no one at the Beeb has said this.
  21. The issue the Beeb have is that a very small minority of villa fans did it before the final whistle. They've had a little pop at villa fans saying "unlike villa fans they waited until the final whistle".
  22. Tossers, expected nothing less from them! No calls for hem to be thrown it of the cup yet?
  23. What have the bbc said about the fans on the pitch?
