  1. Some films you just should not touch, and frankly, all the one's in the poll are on the list. Plus, whoever said Lawrence of Arabia wants shooting.
  2. Herecy, young Anthony!!! Jennifer Tilly is **** lovely, and she could squeak at me 24/7 if I could get to plough here furrow Well said Robert.
  3. For me this season, alot of last season as well, has had me scratching my head about our manager and just what he wants from this team, and squad?! Does he honestly believe that we can get top four playing the shit he is asking, nay dictating them to play!? If so then I'msorry, he is fuckign delusional. But no, surely e cant be asking that, he is an intelligent man who knows that football will create more than hoof?! As someone said, look at what Harry has done with Spurs since he took over? The points total in that period despite the crippling injuries to key defensive players, and the great style of football they play. You have to be blinkered and disgustingly biased to think we deserved anything out of yesterday. They were a class above us. It was embarassing but for a stern defensive display from our back four. Drop Ashley now, he needs a good kick up the **** arse. MON said on the forum he has heard what we want, well then why not start by getting them to play a style of football that suits them!!?!?! Even last season he had Barry and Petrov inthe middle. 2 players comfortable on the ball who can pass it, yet played hoofball. He also said that he is quite insular in that he keeps the same people around him throughout his career. Admirable, but in a game that is advancing in it's technique, style, it is shooting yourself in the foot. Fergie ticks over backroom staff to keep things fresh, brings new ideas, techniques etc. It's one way he has kept being so successful for so long. As the game has changed so has his backroom staff, his philosophy on the game, and his squad to deal with it. MON HAS to too!
  4. This is why our players tire in games. Instead of making the ball do the work by nice passing and keeping hold of it, we spend the majority of the game chasing the ball as we lose possession so so often. And we do have the players to do that already.
  5. He has himself to blame, he dictates the style of football, tactics. Do they not learn to even move off the ball?! For the first time in ages I didn't go Holte but Trinity so got a good view, and we were just awful at times. We were crying out for someone to hold onto the ball and make passes to feet, but they sat so **** deep, lumped it so far forward it was staggering that a team being touted to achieve such a lofty finish could be so piss poor?! The buck stops with the manager. Either find the right system or the right players for that particular system. At times I and those around me couldn't work out our system at all!?! Gabby almost at right back? Milner furthest forwad with Carew in the midfield, and well, Ashley Young justs looks a shadow of the player we know he is. As for central midfield?! Jesus. Thank **** our central defence is sorted, that's all I can say.
  6. Ok first half. **** garbage second half. No balance, fire in the belly, movement, passing. **** clueless and the buck stops with the manager. Spurs, especially through Huddlestone who as man of the match by a country mile, kept it on the ground, moved it well, had movement, clsoed down in numbers, attacked with pace, numbers and played it at a high tempo./ Bit like the Villa of 2 seasons ago. Oh where is THAT style of play now. 'arry's boys impressed me. Their goal was blatant handball, but **** it, they deserved that luck, they played terrific football and something out the game today. I was, and have been for a while now, embarassed by Villa and our 'potential top four' tag. We can be, but the style of football makes us a laughing stock to be put in that bracket. **** **** awful Villa. And this goes back to most of last season too. Show's how poor the league is. **** sort it out O'Neill, cos as it stands there's more chance of me getting my pecker noshed by Cheryl Cole than this Villa team making top four. And that's what pisses me off as we HAVE the players. Stop making them play defensive shit 'protect the lead and hoooofffffffffff it' football and let them play the **** game!!!!
  7. Best be the directors cut mate lol, errr...... Try the Ultimate Cut ;-)
  8. Please do NOT sit back and try and defend a point. That goal has rocked them. Go for the throat!
  9. Why are we not pushing bodies forward and bombarding their penalty area?! We are a goal down with 10 minutes left. **** hell we do not even looked bothered!
  10. I dont give a **** what Fergie, Moyes, Bruce do. I do give a **** what the ditherman does! And that is NO PLAN B!!! For a man who spoke of more goals this season, he sure is sending them to play a brand of football that shows that isn't he? Oh no, it's same old shit. Until he stops being so stubborn in his ways, tactics, selections, substitutions, we will never achieve more than being a NEARLY team.
  11. I do not see any change from the shit football of last season. This league is poor. It really is. If he had the balls to send a team out to win a game rather than contain the opposition and nick a goal we would be serious champions league contenders. But Ditherman is too stuck in his ways. The way we play makes our position a joke, it did last season. I have never seen a team so high in the table concede posession and create so little so much!? It is awful awful football. And a teams style reflects the manager. A real glowing show that the Bolton game was a huge whitewash of paint to cover up the cracks In my opinion.
  12. The way most of the **** played first half in shit weather, I could've swore Dalian was back at the club.
  13. That leaves one subsitution left. Save Arthur Askey for when it gets late in the game heh?
  14. Such a pity you can only make 3 subsitutions. Not that it matters to the ditherman.
  15. **** it, get Downing on. Can't do any worse and we may see someone actually pass the ball!
  16. Well back to our old habits. Hoof hoof hoof. When we got the ball down on the few ocassions we've had chances. Burnley showing us that when any group of players are allowed to play football rather than ditherman's HOOF tactics, you create chances. And you can't blame the awful conditions, Burnley seem comfortable so far.
  17. Them Crooked Vultures - Mind Eraser, No Chaser
  18. I'll be amazed if there's a decent crowd for this one, and if either team manages to string more than 3 passes together, and not many goals, IF any at all.
  19. As an attacking uinit we are, well **** wank. Tactically shit, unbalanced team, square pegs in round holes. Every time west ham went forward they tore through our midfield. Unless the ditherman get's us playing some **** football AND tries the novel idea of geting the players to have shots on the opposition goal then we will achieve **** all. And the blame, responsibility, lies on the shoulders of our experienced so-called messiah of a manager. Garbage football from an average team. It's alright beating Chelsea and scouse, but the majority of teams are of the West Ham, Blackburn, Wigan and Wolves standard. I dare say another hoofathon on Saturday against Bolton. Wow now that is something to **** look forward to. I can't **** wait.
  20. Don't tell me we are gonna bottle the chance to go top four AGAIN!?! Could we please have someone not be afraid to have a strike on goal?! GRRRRR!!!! PS. rocket polisher refereeing decision. Never a pen.
  21. Frank Sinatra - I'm Beginning To See The Light
  22. Worst first half I've seen since Wigan. Warnock was great today, as was Collins. Young? I'm sorry but he needs dropping, a rocket up his arse. Serious questions need to be asked of us now as an attacking unit. We look predictable, bereft of ideas, and Carew has had his chance to show his worth up there but was once again awful today. And a very tough visit to Goodison next week. Top four? we look just about top 6-8 on this performance.
  23. £15m EACH! plus Osbourne for the other £10m!! Sorted! haha
  24. They've already broke the first rule. Stating how much funds you have. Bet Big Eek isn't pleased. Instead of being quote £2-3m for a player, now it'll be £6-8m! haha. Ah **** em. They've gotta build from a far shitter base than other teams. And will find it particularly tough in January to do serious business.
