  1. With every extra game that Lambert gets from now on is a game closer to going down, so you could say I'm totally pessimistic and depressed about this joke of a football club.
  2. Well he's got his new contract, he's had his one good game this season, so that means he now doesn't have to try. I bet you the next manager will bomb him out the first chance he gets. He's a passenger.
  3. If we lose the next two, and then go down to Burnley as well (they will be rubbing their hands for that one), I can see him getting sacked after we lose to Palace. No manager can surely survive losing 10 games in a row. What a waste of a season this has been. Could have been avoided with sacking Lambert in the summer along with his two mates.
  4. The manner of our defeat today could have been avoided with better organisation and discipline. Aside from the shit tactics, I don't think Lambert has the respect of the players and that's why we lost the way we did. He's way out of his depth in this league.
  5. 6 losses in a row would do any manager. I wonder how many more defeats Lambert can survive, even with his shiny new contract. Even the media are starting to smell blood.
  6. How many games do you reckon Lambert will lose in a row lads before he's sacked? West Ham and Southampton will surely batter us. Could we possibly even lose to Burnley as well?
  7. F**k this team. They should be utterly ashamed of themselves, losing 6 games in a row is some acheivement, especially in the manner they have done it. Bunch of words removed.
  8. How many defeats in a row do you think Lambert can last? 7? 8? Even 10?
  9. Great, Gabby on. May as well be down to 9 men!
  10. Well we had to bloody score again some time! Might as well be against these douchebags!
  11. 1st goal in nearly 8 hours of football. Hopefully it won't be another 8 hours before the next!
  12. Might watch this just out of morbid curiosity. Surely we can't lose 6 in a row without scoring?
  13. Can we cancel his contract with no pay-off on the grounds that he's a shit footballer? He makes Ali Dia look like Pele.
  14. Sorry to be dramatic, but with this clown in charge we could lose the lot. Surely we will give even Burnley a huge helping hand.
  15. Can only see a heavy defeat for us I'm afraid. Spurs won't have an easier game all season. Lambert Out!
  16. Yes - there are too many reasons why he should be out, all of which have already been covered - the worst of all is that he is a shit manager, his tactics are shit and we have made no improvement in his two seasons and its looking worse this season. In all honesty he should have gone in May. He won't go though, he's got a four year contract for failure on the pitch but he does his master's bidding and won't kick up a fuss, because he won't get a better or bigger job anywhere else. He won't go unless we get relegated.
  17. No goals in October, five losses in a row without a goal scored for the first time ever? Another record broken by this useless manager. QPR won't have another easier game all season, typical Villa, any team on a bad run we lube up and bend over. Spurs up next, an easy three points for them. Lambert should have been sacked last May, but we have another four more years of this shit. I'm so glad I don't give the sods any more money, they make a laughing stock of the fans.

Was always the danger this season I'm afraid.

Wow, the wheels have really fallen off this season. Give that man a four year contract. Dire.
  20. I remember two years ago when we suffered humiliation at the hands of a team assembled for the best part of half a billion pounds. I was totally mocked and wasnt allowed to forget it for about 6 months by a 'nose at work. Saturday was glorious revenge. Losing 8-0 at home to Bournemouth, a team not long ago in League 2. The said 'nose has removed himself from Facebook! I want this to go on and on.
  21. Agreed. They seem to have picked up a fair few gloryhunters. .
  22. I refuse to be too downhearted. Yes, we were comfortably beaten in the end but it was another defensive performance that has promise, and Brad & Baker were immense. Sometimes you just have to write these ones off, such is the unfair balance of resources in this league these days. Yaya Toure earns more in a week than the entire starting XI of our team INCLUDING the subs. I was expecting this result, so at least we didn't get hammered. This doesnt take away my belief that we can beat the teams around us. I'm glad the nightmare run is over and now we can test ourselves against more equal opposition. If we can't get anything away at QPR for instance, THEN I'm going to panic, not now.
