I'm usually Mr Positive, but 1 win in 6 is appalling...especially when you look at our games played...not one against a said that we couldn't comfortably beat at home. Our defence has improved but our attack has dried up, even though we purchased one of the best goalscorers in the league last year. We sold our 2 best wingers and didn't replace them (Zog is not a wingers) so we have no width in the team, especially with Albrighton seemingly getting worse rather than better. With Houllier, we didn't win games we should, although some of our football looked decent and we did score goals...at the moment though, we have only looked like scoring against a very poor Blackburn side. Unless I'm wrong and this is all because we miss Heskey. Sorry, I'm changing from 'give him time' to 'McLeish Out!'...I've paid £520 to watch this drivel!

Sorry, I was pleased with the game...if Hennesey hadn't played like he did we'd have won by a few... Sure there are a few negatives, Zoggy still isn't up to speed, but he looked ok... Look at the positives, last season we didn't create much, today, we created chances but we were denied or missed narrowly. Negativity helps nobody, it's worth dick all...

My main issue with Makoun is that every time he goes in for a tackle, he dives in with a scissor kick that is likely to get him sent off... The worst part is that he looks genuinely confused when the ref blows for a foul after said scissor kick... He has shown glimpses of being the 'Champions League quality' player we signed, especially, as previously stated, when he receives the ball under pressure. I think he just needs time and somebody to tell him to 'stay on your feet'...(sorry to quote Rio Ferdinand)

Who takes a job where he isn't wanted? Surely McLeish's motives should be questioned here... Who in the right mind would take a job where well over 50% of your regular customers were against you taking the job...
