It's all part of the 'Crazy Train' Villa experience. We all bond together over the perpetually inexorable misery and disappointment! A good ol' balti pie eases the pain, I find. There'll be another Peace Cup victory soon enough though...

I wish we'd stop doom-posting about Dyche. I don't want him as much as the next person (as much as I like him), and I know the fans seem to want an 'exotic' and 'spicy' manager, but I feel the club know this. I genuinely can't see the board messing around with this appointment and it wouldn't surprise me if they go beyond the suggestions of Purslow (or whoever else). It'll be a proper name or a safe-bet prodigy (like Amorim), but they'll do it directly, they'll do it themselves, and they'll probably do it rather swiftly. Big Nassef is clearly in no mood to be messing about.

Jets looking quite decent this season. Competitive, at least. My mate is a Jets fan of 12 years and so has never seen his team have much of a chance in games. Loving life at the moment. There's almost no shame in losing to them at the moment.

Not sure how many people are watching the London game on UK TV , but ITV's coverage is an awkward mess (Laura Woods aside, of course). Who in the right mind decided it was a good idea to have in-house commentary on this? Painful.

On this note, I've just noticed Yahoo have expanded their defensive player options now. I'm going to add 'addition of line backer as a position?' for next year to the suggestions list. Could shake things up a little.

I've just taken a look and unfortunately NA is not an option. The only inactive roster spot options are for IR and bench.

Just to note, the points scoring is exactly the same as it was last season. There were no suggestions to change anything regarding points. The only suggestions for change raised last season were: - 45 second draft time - One day trade processing - an adjustment to the waiver window - Top 6 make the playoffs I've already made a note of the RB points scoring suggestions and we'll bring this up for voting in the post-season.

Can you not assign them to the IR spots we have? Yahoo is a bit picky about these things.

The whole thing is flukey really, with how easily injured these players can get. The lower scoring teams get found out in the end though. If you're consistantly scoring high, it's a good sign and you usually make the playoffs as a result.
