    A friend of mine close to one of the players has said to me Mcleish wont let any of them do what they want on the pitch, so they dont play to there strengths. Im getting the vibe there has been many fall outs beind the scenes. This is why the youth are getting games cause they dont answer back. Im not sure but I feel he is losing the dressing room and the fans.

    When i read the above post, for some reason, i thought it was concerning the return of Roy to the Premiership and replacing AM. Don't really know whether to be sad or overjoyed that its not? Would anyone consider Roy Keane as a replacement for AM? Id bloody consider 'Fred Goodwin' over McLeish!

    You'll need a big manager to come here and control the players, unfortunately Lambert may be good tactically but he would'nt control the likes of Dunn, Warnock, Ireland, N'Zog. We need a big name if we were to lose McLeish. This was always gonna be the problem with RL employing McLeish, our players dont really respect him as a premiership manager.

    It was not that personal. But I have to say I cannot understand anyone who would defend him. I did"nt mind the appointment to be honest. But there is something seriously wrong, if after 19 games he still thinks heskey can do a job better than Ireland or nzog. He still don't seem to know his best team.

    Fact: McLeish believed we could never win this game. McLeish lovers, is this how you want our manager to think, that we are just not good enough. I think the players think there good enough, this maybe there frustration. Its a **** crime we now have one of the best strikers in the premiership, only for McLeish not to use him to his strengths. I dont want him to spend our money cause he will never think were good enough and always play shite boring football. You simply cannot play boring football at home does he not understand what we all go to villa park for. His post match comments where just awful???????????
