Credit to Lescott, MotM today. Our defense looked strong, I wasn't worried at any point. We have no answers up front unfortunately. Kozak was awful and Ayew is not a striker. Should've had a peno and won.

It's really a tough choice today. I think the whole CB quartet we have is pretty level. Okore the silent number one I suppose.

I'm always pleased when Ciaran does well. Scoring a pretty goal, a game-winner, is always something to remember for a center back. I don't really expect him to be any better than this, but I wouldn't rule out him being a first choice CB at Villa.

If we're targeting quasi-governments, Mervyn King would've been an obvious choice.

Government related or supranational organisation. Although, I have no idea how they could be of interest to us. Unless he thinks Norwegian Oil Fund or World Bank or Chinese SAFE could buy or sponsor us. Why would they? Maybe we're in bad enough shape to be admitted to a re-building programme of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

That's what I think too, but since ferguson1 has clearly been paying attention to this issue, he could talk about the other guys too. I thought Lescott would speak up some, but I guess not.
