Not that long really, It just depends on detail, our kit is fairly simple so it doesn't take that long, it's just making the heads look as much like the player as I can and painting on the logos and names and numbers that take a little while or even painting on Laursen's arm band. In some sets, like the NBA Lego from a few years ago. I think Lego try to make people with real skin tones now instead of just yellow, which sucks, Lego needs to be yellow!
