Zatman
Time wasting is something that should be stopped. I remember Wigan came to Villa Park around 2009 and wanted a 0-0 and got it in fairness. Kirkland was taking about 40 seconds to take a goal kick all game and then didnt get booked until about 91 minutes for time wasting
rodders0223
If these rules came into play it would seriously affect my FM career tbh and cause far too many heart attacks and smashed monitors. Making subs, disrupting the flow of the game, killing any rhythm, that's my forte.
sharkyvilla
I see no reason why the clock should keep running during substitutions or injuries. Just stop the clock altogether. Leave it running for when the ball goes out of play but be more severe with yellows for taking too long over dead ball situations.

Just empower refs to enforce the rules that already exist. Job done. But of course it will never happen. I think the football powers are blind to the shortness of the attention span of your average teenager. I can't imagine the next generation of football fans being attentive for 90 minutes of football in its current form.
