Following on from the sign up thread in the gaming board, this is where the game will take place. Anybody is welcome to enter at any time though it is best to get in early to build up your points. To run through the rules once more 3 points - Predicting the correct result and score. 1 point - Predicting the correct result 0 points - Incorrect prediction. So let's take the opening game for example and say it ends Brazil 2-1 Croatia Prediction A: Brazil 2-1 Croatia (Scores 3 points) Prediction B: Brazil 1-0 Croatia (Scores 1 point) Prediction C: Brazil 1-1 Croatia (Scores 0 points) Prediction D: Brazil 1-2 Croatia (Scores 0 points) You do not have to make all of your predictions in one go, you can split them over multiple posts if you are still undecided but the predictions must be in before kick off of the match being predicted or they will not be counted. So without further ado, here is the opening set of fixtures. Voinjama Posted June 8, 2014 Share Posted June 8, 2014 With 64 games and at least 30 people in this, things could get very messy and congested. It will be very hard to keep track of things. I also think a rule needs to be introduced where edited posts do not count. People can easily edit scores after the match, and claim the edit was for a spelling mistake or something. But say I predict that Costa Rica's star player Celso Borges will batter Uruguay himself 5-0 (as I know he can from my FM experience), then injury stikes in training and he's out. That would alter my prediction. I'm happy for people to space out thier predictions as long as they are in before kick off.
