If Mejia stays healthy, a huge if, he could definitely be in our rotation long term. If he has too many injury problems though, maybe we should consider him taking the closer role? If he can stay healthy then a rotation of Harvey, Wheeler, Niese, Mejia, Gee and Syndergaard has promise for next year. Though this is the Mets, I imagine 2 of them will get major injuries.
