Can't say they don't deserve it as much as I hate them. Let's compare the midfield; Petrov, Milner, Delph, Reo-Coker, Sidwell, Young, Downing, Salifou. Modric, Kranjcar, Palacios, Bentley, Lennon, Jenas, Huddlestone, Rose, Bale. We so deserve that 4th spot... -

You reckon Defoe hit and hopes? 21 goals, why can't ours do that then? Saying that, when you say a goal is a goal If Carew played absolutely shite but scored all of our 15 penalty's what would be your opinion then?

640 in total? Didn't know that mate, gonna be a big book that needs filling then. I guess the idea of the whole thing is as it used to be; If you've got 2 the same of one sticker you've gotta trade it for somebody you haven't got! Problem is I'll probably be the only guy collecting them! Some online swapping might be in order I think!

Firstly I said 3 in 4 so that takes Gabby out the equation. Secondly what's the Carew lovin' all about? I know he's scored 15 goals but how many of them were simple headers or tap ins?

No thanks we need a striker this summer, unless you think spunking nearly £30m on Yakubu, Johnson, Beattie, Marcus Bent and such is a good return. To be honest mate I'd take any of those over the 3 of the 4 strikers we have at the moment. Maybe not an ageing Bent now but still...

That what's I'd like to know too but you do get 5 stickers per pack so not much surely? I won the auction aswell, it all happened so fast! £41 in total so look forward to opening those...

Oh yes there is too, just bidded on a box full of 100 packs at £31 so far. Won't go any higher than £40 though. About 10 minutes left...

Spot on there, can remember it like it was yesterday.. Use to be 20p packet and i would spend my dinner money on them on the way home from school. Think i might dig my collections out tomorrow and have a look. Too right. Loved it. Anyway News of the World are giving their free Sticker book in the paper tomorrow and I'm really tempted to have a blast at it. Kidlewis (or anybody else who knows), how much are the sticker packs and how many are inside? Cheers, would be awesome to complete it and keep it for the future to look back on!

That just hits the **** nail on the head to be honest. I have a huge soft spot for Everton and I envy their team, how the hell they are where they are is beyond me. Should be another challenging for 4th and on paper their squad is much better than ours. Magnificent away support too. (Not sure about home, they are a little quiet until they score :winkold:). But maybe MON should give Moyesy a ring on some tips on buying decent players...

Wow I didn't notice his challenge was that bad! That's a straight red and add on the penalty we should have had in the first half surely it comes down to the disgraceful officials letting us down again. I said to my Dad yesterday if we had Gerrard and Torres in our team yesterday we would have killed them!

There isnt a manager who is better than MON who would ever consider taking over at Villa Park? A chance to work with Young, Milner, Gabby, Downing etc. Christ what on earth has MON done to us then? What are you on about? Name a manager who would be as successful as MON then if he did go? Of course there are managers out there who would do a better job than MON just as there are plenty more who would do a worse job. Unfortunately it is obviously impossible to prove either way. Let's leave it as it then and assess the situation again over the Summer. I do agree though. -
