    I agree totally - after the first pen lambert should have rounded up the players and left the pitch. Their heads are gone , as is mine ... I don't care if it is 10 . Write it off and move on

    The game was lost after the first penalty I'm afraid. And I can't blame them that much - it's was a total **** joke - it was going to be hard enough 1-0 down but when the officials are against you as well - what can you do ? There was no infringement at all for that first penalty - nothing to debate , because nothing happened.

    Ha yeah probably !! Didnt know lambert had said that. Ah well , just have to enjoy the game tomorrow !! Shame I think he could have done something for us, if only for a few games here and there.. I thought robbie keane was going to be a joke, but I thought he looked quality for the short time he came.... Maybe owen could teach our young strikers a thing or two , to bring them on ? Not much of a risk if theres no transfer fee involved...and obviously no long contract. Up the villa !!

    Put my tenner on owen to the villa with paddy power, odds comming in now to 5/2. (you get a free £20 bet as well, so tenner turns into about 10/1 !!) Anyway mate told me today who runs an estate agents that michael owen's agent had request viewings on 2 properties around solihull / knowle area.............maybee ?? Could be good for us for a year or 2, no transfer fee, maybe pay as you play ??

    Very true.... How long do we go on getting worse and worse and worse.... All we do is play across the midfield and back again, does houllier know what he is doing? This is trully auwful... Why do I now expect to lose every game we play ? I dont think i've seen houllier move of the bench all game...

If we can't get either of those, rather take a chance with someone like Simon Grayson . If still no then its got to be a dream team of Maradonna, Mcgrath and Merson. All as player managers.
