Surprised to see Podolski and Schweinstiger come on rather than Sane and Can, Germany are normally good at giving young players tournament experience. They did this last time though, messed around with team at start lahm at cm, but then played everyone in their best positions in knockout stage and were unplayable. Would love a striker who chases after everything and puts the defence under constant pressure (ala Long and Vardy). What about pushing the boat out for Jay Rodriguez, barely played for Southampton last year (yes I know he'd been injured). But a year back down the championship could resurrect his career.

I think your opinion is completely in the minority. Vision is awful, never sees (or is he does, doesn't utilise it) anything. He's only in the mid bracket of speed merchants, but then is too lazy to use it. Power? Never him use any strength on a person and always pushed off the ball. Runs directly into opposition players. Awful defensively, easily pulled out of position, doesn't track runs loses marker. Offensively, consistently makes the wrong decision. When was the last time he put in a good cross or free kick. Add to that he has a very arrogant but lazy attitude on the pitch.

It wasn't the music, like you say he's entitled to what he likes. It was the intro beforehand. Saying about the day he became world champion is the start of his legacy and it is only the start etc etc...

So how's everyone's trials and tribulations going? I'd been off the apps for a while as got bored of them, but signed back up for Tinder and joined Match last week (not worth paying for I can tell you). Met up with one last night from Tinder. Had a really good night, got on well, had similar views and good looking. Spent nearly 8 hours together. Meeting up again Thursday.
