    Didn't I read that Kev Mac used to have Liverpool connections? They might be friendly already as a 3some. If Houllier and Thompson decide to give Villa a crack they must think they can push us on or they wouldn't bother trying.

    I stand corrected then. It doesnt sit as comfortably with me though knowing we are not FXPro's only Premiership team. Money is money but I like the idea of a company choosing 1 team and fully supporting it during the deal.

    I was just suprised to see that 2 Premiership teams will have the same sponsor on their shirts. Cant recall that happening before. Normally a company picks a team and that's it.

    As an example of snowychaps thoughts, my next door neighbour put her house on the market last April at £240k asking price. Over the months people looked but didnt buy and the asking price went down. She sold last month for £182k as she just wanted out - but now there is a sold sign outside. An extreme case of bad selling but an example of what is happening none the less.

    Agreed on the Villan front. I went on a stag do recently to 'The Dam' and on the back of my tour shirt I had VILLAN. Sadly at best I got bemused looks and not one fellow Villan stopped me.

    I was just thinking the same thing. Good question. Although having looked at the times when they were bought I think they are too spread out over the day to be that.

    Anyone know how it will appear when trading is suspended on Villa Shares on the LSE as it looks as its done for months but there has been no trading since it opened this morning for villa shares? I find this odd given the current speculation.
