That's statistically. My opinion is that Chelsea are the 2nd best team in europe. And i agree. Easily the best two teams in europe.

Irrelevant to this result yes, but they deserve to be suspended for at least their next Champions League match in the 2009/10 Group Stages, if not 3 matches. It's a shame that Abidal will miss the final, I think everyone in football regardless of who you support wants to see the best players in the final, and for players to be suspended for that game is always saddening. I think if UEFA learn anything from the last 2 nights, its to appoint experienced, competent referees for their big matches, and to allow appeals on red-card decisions. ......but not penalty decisions? :winkold:

The Malouda one was a clear penalty to be fair. He turns him, is still in control of the ball, and gets strangled round the throat. Stonewall. All I can see is two players turning for a ball and getting tangled up. After a bit of pushing and pulling on both parts, as soon as he got in the box, he dropped like a sack of potatoes. No, Malouda is in posession of the ball, turns him and attempts to change direction, and is clearly blocked off by Alves' arm across his throat. He makes no attempt to play the ball, and it's a definite pen.

The referee WAS shocking tonight and so i can see (to a certain extent) why Chelsea feel so aggreived, however tonight and overall in the tie, decisions went against BOTH teams, and that's just football. I'm sure Chelsea won't be complaining about the penalty Henry should have had in the Nou Camp? Nor appealing against Abidal's false red card after Anelka had tripped over his own legs? Yes, Chelsea had three stonewall penalties turned down tonight, but truth be told, the real frustration within the Chelsea ranks is not with the referee, but their inability to do what Villa have failed to do recently and close the game off. Or will they be blaming all their missed chances on the referee as well?

Went there in August hoping to go back again this year as going anywhere else would be like an anticlimax in comparison When in August did you go last year? I was there end of the month. Yeah i had heard that about Magaluf. Only been to two of the above, but having been to Ibiza i'd not want to go anywhere else to be honest, the famous white isle was amazing. Sitting on Bora Bora Beach, about 35 degrees C, sipping an ice cold Miller, listening to minimal tunes from the bar being pumped out in the middle of the day...that to me is heaven
