    The problem is the better teams have been improved and tehre's a big divide. Players such as Ronaldo and Drogba can be unstoppable against certain players. It's frustrating because I always use weaker teams and I used to win most but now I am constantly countered by the ridiculous pace they have.

    I got Osman and Bilyadetinov in my 2 free gold packs due to having UT last year. Wroking my way up from Bronze though first. Had a look round and we have...     It seemed as if we were conserving energy last 20 minutes. End of the day a point at WHL atm is an excellent result and as the away side you're always going to be under the cosh there. Unfortunately we didn't seem to counter well at all. Dunne and Collins immense. Cuellar, Young, Brad, Gabby good. Rest average.

    Yeah you're taught it keep it low as it's harder for the keeper to save and he did that. Even if he smashed it high, the possibility of it going over was large. At first I thought he reacted slowly but looking at the replay I was wrong and he was very unlucky not to score.

    Crap game, both teams playing long ball but they're more effective at doing so. Neither side can play short effectively as the middle of the park is crammed. Downing has been poor and very wasteful to me and Young continually had 2 men on him and blocked out. Gabby has done well but his strike partners are really letting him down today.

    The biggest worry I have is the last 1-15 minutes we always sit back, and Spurs always seem to get goals when the ball is bouncing round the area.

    Great play by Gabby, reminded me of Henry, he probably won't score one like that again Hangeland Knew he was a one season wonder, has been very below par this season.

    Well played Heskey, great work again, despite the critics. Won out of nothing. Good cross whoever did it and nice header by Gabby but keeper should have done better.

    Young back to his best today. Defence was solid apart from Arshavin skimming Cuellar. Heskey impressive again, also worked hard not being his usual static self, still needs to get in box more but his link up play was superb, 80% of his flick ons reached Gabby. Ref was a cock as others have said, remember him from a previous game at Villa Park too when he was shocking.

    Great cup tie, was never gonna be easy and we shouldn't look too much into the scoreline, through to the next round which is all that matters

    Gerrard is far superior atm, but Milner is of a similar as to what he was at his age and has the potential to become the player that Gerrard is now.

    Que Sera, Sera, Whatever will be, will be, we're going to Wembley, Que Sara Sara! I have a man crush on Milner, what a player. About time we had a final. Don't agree with pitch invasion, we're only in the final anyway. Heskey had another good game, and we scored 6 goals with him in the team, I don't understand the digs he gets. Some of his touches were sublime, even if he missed the odd run to play a pass in. I think MON did the right thing keeping the same 11 on for that long, we were controlling the game and we have a game on Saturday where the rest can play. The important thing was holding on.

    Totally disagree Carlos is having a great game, offering support and his passing has been decent for a change. Gutted today, 1st game I've missed to a crappy bug, saying that not the most exciting one. A goal will come soon, just depends which way as it'd be typical of us to concede.

    Friedel Young Cuellar Dunne Warnock Downing Milner Petrov Young Gabby Carew I'd keep Heskey fresh for Blackburn, Carew would also offer more goal threat against a poor West Ham defensive unit, if we're leading come 2nd half, I'd bring on Heskey to die down the game which he's done effectively for a while now.

    Very good performance from us, as usual when we play it on the ground rather then hoofing it forward we are a huge threat. On the other hand Blackburn look very clueless and it's easy to understand why so little have turned up. Unimpressed with the ref, mainly for the Agbonlahor decision. Although it was hard to tell it was more of a foul then a dive. Can't blame him for the Samba handball in the end though, impossible to tell, even though he gave it against Heskey... Milner and Downing have been brilliant.
