Problem with this is Bailey is marvellous (no pun intended) with his left foot so playing as RW is perfect for him, as a LW that cutting in to shoot becomes much more difficult, yes Buendia needs to play that Barkley role and toughen up abit more. Would then like a Auoar type player to challenge Mcginn.

Houssem Aouar oh yes pleaseeeee , that would be a absolute fantastic signing and would certainly change the whole dynamics of our midfield play.

Yeah we dont have the luxury to loan him out and i think and you can quote me later down the line he will be a revelation for us this season once he is given hes fair share of minutes, just my point was if your at a certain standard you dont need to be loaned out and can be mixed in slowly with the team

Crazy just think all the players that are second choice especially midfield and attack would be starting for us guaranteed

Bloody hell and we think WE’VE got too many players to choose from just look at this ffs Incredible amount of options, I wouldn’t want this problem as it causes unrest anyway within the squad, midfield especially they got three options for each spot whereas we have our players used in a more versatile way

Like Greenwood,rashford,rooney,bellingham did, because i forgot they were all too young to stick around and play

No way would we loan out Chuk thats insane !! Your talking about a player that can cause the same impact as Bellingham at Dortmund. He goes Nowhere!!

We have young and bailey for that , i dont think JWP is this special player some of us are raving about and he doesn’t bring us to a different level he will just keep us ticking

I thought they played different positions i.e Mckennie would play in Luiz role and Sanson plays in Mcginns role, correct me if im wrong

I just realised our owners have not yet had to reach into their own pockets this summer so surely we can spend another £50M-£60M, splash 30-40 on Mckennie and try pluck a CM from europe with whats left much cheaper option than a CM based in the UK divisions

The owners, the board, management will have set their sights on Europe this season theres no two ways about it, fans will have mixed opinions, the ones less ambitious will say anywhere between 9th-12th and those that see the vision and where we should be aiming will say 6th-9th, as of now that all seems far too cloudy due to to so many changes in the team and how they will work with each other and also whats missing. ill be the first to admit i didn’t want Dean Smith when first appointed however he has become my favourite manager in my time as a supporter and I’m not fickle even when things were going really bad in that goal line technology season i still didn’t call for his head, i like how he speaks and how honest he is and also his approach and tactical mentality, now and then he gets it wrong with selection and what not (i.e watford game) but his philosophy remains the same and its exciting. Seen some of our best football ever under him , been watching since 98 so those older would have seen better of course. Any manager that beats jurgen Klopp 7-2 i cannot question or doubt what they can achieve for a club

Seeing reports to Weston Mckinnie well i didnt think he was even available and i doubt he would drop down to us, but if we can sign him pay whatever necessary because he's an excellent player

It just shows if your talented enough you can play especially when your given games against teams like Bayern

Carney is surely closer than ever and hes one of the players that give me great hope as i bank on him to excel and perform greatly

I cant see this working well, Mcginn cant play that wide and two up top however i can see bailey working wonders as a CF and young will play but targett will play more

Ive decided this would be the strongest side going forward and best formation give or take Mcginn/Sanson Buendia/Chukwuemeka Bidace/Traore Alt Wing options Young Covering Wing backs but used in heavy rotation playing quite frequent

Yeah i think any DM we sign should be with better potential than Luiz, where then Luiz steps in as rotation, Sarr is quality but can he do the job now

Yeah i agree and Sanson doesn’t look like he would that player also, we need someone 21+ with a few years experience at least to replace Luiz and move to the bench, Luiz is then capable of coming on for that new DM and Mcginn imo, trying to think if we need another player other than that or will that cause too much headache with selection and players expecting to play.

You make an excellent point and its the same way i would look at the situation, we may see it as does a 18 yr old have what it takes to play in that position for the whole season and ensure we maintain what’s required to secure one of the european places

Certainly has to be , i cant see it no other way and i hope management see it that way, buendia didn't do that well last game but tough he’s going to have to make it his territory and own it

No way is ramsey a starter in that position id be much more optimistic with Chukwuemeka and Bailey on LW when he is better at RW well it wastes as his full potential is not in that position
