Sorry but no we really shouldnt take this approach .. this is not the way for us to go... grealish should be in the middle and a new player on the left and a new player on the right is essential because then you have mcginn and hourihane/lansbury besides him with luiz just behind, of course none of them players hourihane/lansbury should be starting for us . We need more players fresh additions on both sides and we know grealish is great in that position too. Two pacy wingers on both sides and grealish in the middle with watkins up top .. anything other doesnt make sense

Why have SSN just said that if we sign traore we will withdraw our interest in Rashica... is someone playing tricks on me or trying to give me cardiac arrest i would be outraged if it plays out like that . Rashica should be priority over Traore by a million miles so i hope its just stupid sources giving them false information.

Very worrying from my standpoint i have zero optimism about this move and trezeguet may be the better option as far as im concerned

Keinan davis on the verge of signing a new three year contract ✍ Hmmm if i speak ... I used to think this kid was something special probably down to his quick rise to prominence but now i dont want him part of the squad and Traore finalising his medical in Denmark i really couldn’t be happier ... i guess Jaden Philogene-Bidace’s performance today is what keeps me smiling... kid is phenomenal!

But do you think its that much in difference that it would be such a decisive factor as Benrahma’s footballing ability is 20x that of traore surely that should outweigh any pace concerns? Your views are regarded highly so ill be open to change of thought

Yeah that could be a huge problem for us the cash/targett factor . Im hoping the mings/konsa partnership blossoms but with konsa will be his consistency is he disciplined to keep it up. We need a CB and CM probably.

Likewise im not that keen on Traore at all .. i think thats poor recruitment business.. Rashica hopefully can do the magic on the other side for us and Watkins steps up to the plate. a very important part of us moving forward this season is getting that right... more quality required .. im actually wondering who is signing these players or whether its a mix of both. Guessing Traore is pretty much done then.

Yeah it pains me too seeing those clubs fly past us... maybe one day we can be apart of that top six . Yeah DS was up against the wall for the most part of last season and i hope he starts the season right as id hate to see him leave. Yes i will believe in our vision and plan. UTV

I think im stuck on the fact we are still the fifth biggest club in the history of english football and i still apply that mindset even with the fact we have been down for a few years... i just feel we could perhaps be striving for better acquisitions, nonetheless I appreciate the money being spent and our place in the Premier League... lets kick on UTV to you aswell pal

Benrahma £20M offer accepted to Crystal Palace.. hold on a minute i thought he was going for more than that figure and if so why have we not gone for him!!!... perfect chemistry and reunited with Watkins which could continue if we bought him so i don’t understand why we are not pursuing it. I couldn’t careless if he just bought a new home in london you can get one in the midlands no excuses ... get him and Rashica in and play them on either side... sit back and get the popcorn out .

No i just want to talk about the football which i have done .. believe it or not i want everyone to be on the same page. Im here to discuss moving forward as a club together as fans .

They made great use of the market , so surely it’s possible with our new owners and the powers they have to accommodate a man similar to a Jorge Mendez to scour the leagues and bring in the right players that fit. Plus our rich history and famous name in the footballing world should do half the job anyway .. well maybe im being too hopeful there . I hope that soon we have something like that in place to bring us to that next level.

I agree mate but i dont think they will bring someone in too shift that but i have put new CM on the bench as that player would be eased in but last time i replaced one of these players everyone had a stroke.

Im not sure it does and many may agree and many may not but i dont see king and traore being a huge improvement especially the latter.. it may be slightly but not huge and we need more than slightly to put us more at ease. Yes it appears to be the case that alot of us are content with the window if such signings are successful.. its better me throwing that caution then for others to think we will be okay when we wont .. anyway the window is not finished and im hoping we can all be on the same page when its concluded with the right players in UTV!

I didn’t exactly say bring in lionel messi .. dont see what the problem is im just trying to show others how we can see things differently. Wolves made the right signings with a less reputation than ours so im not exactly asking for too much and besides some of the players we are looking at im fine with

I didn’t ridicule anything i simply shed some light on what we should be looking for, its called awareness.. people need to stop getting emotional and stop looking for any opportunity to divide fans. Im all about the football (nothing personal) and more importantly the club of Aston Villa .. have a good day
