    You guys are screaming 8th place finish rather comfortably, the fact you expect this to be the minimum is either a great showing of faith in emery or are not seeing the teams currently above us as better.. id be happy with a 10th place finish realistically anything more is a bonus, but I think thats where we will finish.

    These are the positions we need to sign a player for. Thats circa £150m and we can probably get around £30m back from offloading New RB (Replace Cash) - £30m New CM - £35m New CF/RW (Replace Bailey) £42m New GK (Replace Olsen) £20m New LW - £25m

    No didnt see all the goals, watched game from 1-1, didn’t bother to watch the goals back which i missed i was too disinterested to see anything more, defence was an absolute shambles! The amount of space and gaps , the one on ones were just comical. Yet to think many were fine with the window, no its not all panic however we certainly could have done with a extra body but I understand deals werent easy and we only want players that would be upgrades on positions. Moreno was a positive along with buendia, even coutinho when he came on looked quite decent. Its still crazy to think that coutinho is not even a starter for us looking at the career he has had and player he is.

    7 at the back and put it in the box for a 6ft 8 incher to get his head on the end of it dyche … unfortunately he will keep them up and they’ll finish above 16th fairly comfortably

    Benfica recruit exceptionally well similar to dortmund so they’ll have no problem finding the next enzo for peanuts

    Wouldn’t think we can get him for less than 35m to be honest so no fluctuation in neither window, at the most i think marseille wouldn’t have asked for more than 40m this window but we will never know.

    Fingers crossed we have a plan and we can execute it fully come summer, but now it will be a lot more work so 5-6 signings will be needed rather than 3-4 if we had took further action now

    No certainly not writing him off well for this season i am, he most definitely has potential it just wont be now and we need improvement now to remain comfortable at least, definitely should have kept archer in hindsight

    Nothing gave me optimism for the here and now , only moreno improves on Digne at least we seem to think that will be the case anyway, so that’s literally our only improvement, duran is not a upgrade or improvement at least not for now, i would love to be wrong but cant see that being the case, can only see duran nicking maybe 3 goals max depending on matches involved still half a season yet. traore can do some incredible things on the pitch at times ive never seen a player perform some magic at villa park ever but at the same time look like ronald mcdonald in the same match, but for me when you go turkey thats it on your career especially the PL and la liga theres no coming back.

    Yeah i mean i do agree to pretty much all of this but my assessment is we remain pretty light in certain areas. Also UE said himself he wanted further players 2-3 and we didn’t even land one. Goodness me yes dont even get me started on the abysmal journalism and links to every player under the sun it was absolutely ridiculous.

    Didnt come on here again last night as i was semi annoyed that we wasn’t able to squeeze an additional signing which i felt was needed, Guendouzi in particular our midfield in the more advanced region needs strengthening, this move would have seen guendouzi play over buendia depending on merit of course, a winger would have been welcomed also , should have sealed Osorio at least.

    Everyone attacking @foreveryoung but im not sure why, he rightly stated ings should have stayed until the summer correct… Duran not fit for the PL as it stands correct again, anyone with a footballing eye will see that will be the case for now at least. Brighton,fulham and those teams people were using as an example to say we should be happy are the same teams above us (they shouldnt be) correct again and our expectations from some of us are different but many are not looking high enough for the club of this stature. Not sure what else was stated for the onslaught.

    If we let Osorio slip through our fingers to bloody Spurs im gonna be outraged! … can we get at least guendouzi or osorio both would be welcomed but come on.

    No other way round, ings should have been kept till summer and sanson should have been sold rather than loaned, very frustrating club we only can loan players out and never get a permanent outgoing.

    Hes right we only have one striker who we know can handle this league and even then hes half a striker

    Duran’s finishing is quite weak from what ive seen and he sometimes just blasts the ball over the bar rather than looking to play it off which i dont like, he needs too much time on the ball , he will certainly not be up to scratch for at least another year.
