Look of its £35m its 35m hes a top midfielder and these are the prices you have to pay, we haven’t spend much so this wouldn’t be catastrophic by any means, buendia was £38m so we need to look at it as a reasonable fee plus he basically completes our midfield.

Think me and you have the same footballing vision if u wanna call it that because there isn’t a player I disagree with other than i dont know who Kokcu or Simakan are. Id add Dario Osorio the teenage Chilean to that list, would love to sign him for the summer but we need to agree it now as he will be scouted.

Would be slowly integrated into the first team hes 18/19 so of course we would not expect him to start until next season maybe or even maybe not if hes that good.

Yeah its a case of emery getting it right, sawiris is not messing around so we need to be on the ball (no pun intended) in this phase of our recruitment, we also need to not be battling with the likes of Southamptons, west hams and evertons for players , because if those teams are confident getting these names then they cant be of that quality we need to propel us, we should be linked with players that were looked at by a chelsea or a arsenal similar to how Duràn was. So hoping we can sign that Dario Osorio fella MEGA impressed by the talent and potential he has and working under Emery would be phenomenal

Fair enough, something still doesn’t feel right im not that convinced i can see him firing for us, i hope that isn’t the top forward priority we were looking for if he were to sign, there are better options surely no?

Sometimes temporarily until you as a club are ready to make a strong decision you have to use fillers, not a fan of too many of that sort but one filler can either help or give you the extra option until you are ready to assess and spend wisely. Yes Everton were a hotbed for all these top names but no well designed system for everyone to work together… too many changes with no idea is a recipe for disaster. I remember us being linked to Olise when he was at Reading saying i don't want no more players from the championship but that was my ignorance because goodness me he is some bloody player, a real special talent and i wish we had signed him now he will be at a top 6 club VERY soon mark my words, that kid is a talented individual, does need to work on his attitude towards the media and etc however.

If you are referring to Ziyech, then Everton have a whole squad of those type of messy deals but the players are not of his quality either, and one loan won’t hurt us… ooohh SSN just mentioned Dembele linked with us so may be official-ish

Okay also didnt realize he went to atletico on loan either, id like us to look at benfica and sporting CP sides and see whats on offer there, Goncãlo Ramos is a player i would throw my money on tbh.

In other news Chelsea are doing my head in!! How are they getting with this !! They could have spent £200m alone in a JANUARY WINDOW!! If everything goes through like F**k me … if ziyech is fit wouldn’t mind taking him on a loan deal, mahrez’s twin… albeit mahrez is another level based on his performance yesterday. Nicolas Jackson who has or close to joining Southampton would have been a decent option for us , versatile forward but maybe slightly too young to rely on, not sure

Yeah compare to clubs around us spending X amount on these foreign players ‘Ings’ is excellent in comparison we seen him score even if its not every single game , its still at a much higher rate than others. We need to be careful getting hyped about some of these unproven in the PL stars , defences are becoming much more difficult to beat meaning you need to be on your A-Game as a forward.

Ings over moussa dembele all day every day, we underrated ings hugely, see them type of foreign strikers come in all the time and flop massively, dembele only has 2 in 14 i think this season in that Mickey Mouse league shocking return, even thuram who is having a one off season of greatness should not be hyped about he hasn’t done it consistently enough. so im under the impression its a new player hype that we all love but in reality they wont be firing on all cylinders imo. Personally couldn’t tell you who would be the ideal forward id have little doubts with, still scouting myself , im happy with a loan deal until summer, id like to see us bring in guendouzi and a left winger, and we should sign Dani Osorio now for him to join in the summer highly talented individual.

Yeah we should have kept ings but duran wasnt bought to replace him, ings will be replaced in the summer, until then we have no replacement as of yet

The most logical and best strategy we can use now is we bring in a forward on loan who may not be getting a regular start at one of the bigger clubs across europe until the summer of course and then bring in one of our own

I would have liked us to take a bit of time bringing in a new forward but now i feel we are gonna panic then overpay on average striker, the best thing for us now is bring someone in on a loan deal until summer.
