Rafas transfer record at Liverpool is pretty embarrasing . No denying what he's won but to end up with Liverpool OUTSIDE the top 4 was quite anchievement! terrible squad he left in the end there as well. Awful football to watch also - very very negative. Still compared to some names be being branded about he isnt seeming so bad . But i think he be wrong man for us for multiple reasons. Hes bit of a spent force imo

Didn't do very well at Boro in the league imo. Yes he won a league cup and did well in Europe one year but they still often finished in bottom half of league under him despite being backed quite a lot back then which think ppl forget . They could at times be **** awful - rmber a fan ripping his season ticket up at him? He left Boro with quite a lot of junk. His Boro record is mixed at best imo. Didn't do well at Wolfsburg and was sacked . Add him doing to awful with England - not qualfying from that group was very poor. No matter how bad England can be. He might do a decent job back in Prem with someone - just hope its not here tbh - he would have fans on his back from the off and thats really not needed at moment.

Steve is the best fit for us at the moment, Just showing him support.

You can say a few things about Hughes at Man City but "boring" it never was . Fulham haven't been playing boring football either. And regarding Martinez Wigan were 11th before he took over - hes doing an OK job at Wigan -nothing else - he is a weak shout for ourselves.

Wigan finished 11th before Martinez took over them. This myth he has them playing like Barca is bullshit also. I know they play well against us but they can equally be awful hence why nerly relegated again. Hes an inexperienced mana\ger doing OK nothing more imo/ Martinez is a weak shout .

McClaren, Hughes, Moyes....most of the names we've been seriously linked with. McClaren?? As much as i don't think Benitez would be good for us here i would still put him above McClaren.

Am i one of the few on here that would be quite gutted if Hughes has been ruled out? With all the crazy names being banded about me; no not at all. I'd take Hughes now to be quite honest. Yes, the way he left Fulham was a little bit below the belt..But, I blame his agent, not him. The sooner he gets rid of him the better. The guy is a liability. Kia Joorabchian does seem as dodgy as they get ..but ... I think Hughes leaving Fulham way he did was as much to do with Fulham **** up contract wise. Al Fayed agreeing to a one year get out clause was blatantly as much to do with him protecting his own interest if they ever went down / doing stuff on the cheap as it was with Hughes imo. I dont really see what Hughes doing as that wrong - its also rumoured he wanted to sign some striker for £10 million from some Spanish side (i forget the name /details) and was told no which is part of why he walked.

Well always thought so too ...but he seems practically Everton itself now . Hes so intertwined with Kenwright etc plus Id imagine the compensation with him having 2 years left on contract there would cost quite a bit and having just settled pay offs with both O'Neill and Houllier i just doubt its something wed be thinking of. Moyes would be great but just really can't see it Simply put - i would be very very suprised if we got him now.
