Diabolical performance, it's a shame that McLeish will stay as manager, probably for another season too. I can't see the board owning up to such a huge mistake and saying "sorry, the fans were right" - they'd also have to do a lot to make it up to us which I doubt they're ready to do yet either (financially). I just hope we stay in the Prem, glad I didn't go and watch the game today.

Saw N'Zogs performance against Blackburn from close up, and it was solid, not much trickery but he looked sharp and his tracking back was good also. Not the player I expected to see, but I don't care about step-overs as long as he's doing his job well, and it looked that way to me. We still need a winger that can cross a la Downing though!

What do we get out of loaning him out? I'm assuming they'l be paying his wages in full, but apart from that, he's not bringing in any money for a replacement which means we won't get one. So, we're losing another good player, and replacing him with nobody? My oh my..

What I find funny is that we let Big John go for free, yet Heskey is now in our starting 11 again... :/
