    fascinating. It's an interesting idea, and given that City has gotten away with some pretty dodgy financials, I don't see why Chelsea can't.

    Wolves should be at least 2-0 up here, they really miss a clinical striker. They are just walking through United's midfield.

    I'll admit I never quite understood the hype for Mason Mount and watching him here I still don't get it. Some folks rave about him though.

    It's the first game of the season, but United look so flat and lifeless. Even with the issues Wolves have had, they've been the better side.

    Not sure about this one, but the fee seems fair at least. I remember him from watching Serie A and he was very impressive but haven't followed him much since. Sounds like he can be rather hot or cold these days. Still worth a punt though.

    Probably has something to do with those crazy contracts they keep giving out. Hell, if I ask maybe they might give me one. Wonder what Chelsea's weekly wage bill will be like at the end of the window.

    It's crazy how Chelsea are spending yet again this summer. I don't see how you can financially keep running a club like that without facing issues.

    £115 million for Caicedo is a cracking deal for Brighton. No doubt he could become a world-class player, but he could also become another Chelsea flop.

    Neymar is potentially on his way to Saudi Arabia. For all his natural talents, I really think Neymar as underwhelmed as a player. Now he's chasing even more money rather than any achievements in his career. It's rather sad because he's absolutely world class when he's motivated.

    Spurs relied so much on Kane last season to finish where they did, so unless they are able to replace him with another top goalscorer (which they might just do) I think mid-table at best for them. Still, probably too early to judge teams.

    Richarlison looks so average. I don't see Spurs really being able to replace Kane this season.

    Poor Mings, he's such an important player for us both physically and mentally. He's a leader and I just hope it's not too serious. I'm really starting to think this season will be tough.

    Honestly, Luton has played some decent build-up play but looks like they really lack some quality in the side. Fascinated to see how Brighton does after losing two massive players.

    England are so sloppy at the back, hard to watch.

    I'm surprised you don't see them just shoot whenever possible to test the keeper, some of the goalkeeping is questionable at best.
