There is a reason there is lots of players from the USA end up in Germany and it’s immigration rules. It’s easy to go there and it isn’t easy to come here for these young players

You mentioned the reason in your reply, he’s 28 player his while career in Denmark, IF he was a gem he would have been unearthed at a younger age. we aren’t looking for unproven players that aren't even in a top 10 league and most importantly are 28 years old

Totally agree with your view he also turns 25 in a matter of weeks, he isn't some young kid, he doesn't seem to have pace of any note and then you look at the price tag and think who else can I get for that? Those players have less flaws and more virtues.

Obviously they will be down on what would have been expected but we all know the TV revenue is the majority of our total revenue so it shouldn’t be a major factor

Their chairman said when they were relegated referring to their best few players they would entertain serious bids only and that starts at 20m so yes the price is true.
