They get a lot of good guests but the hosts are so annoying. Normally they put that day's guests on the description so I can decide if I want to download it or not. It's usually pretty good if they get Tim Vickery, Graham Poll, Martin Tyler, Robbie Earle etc. They had Jimmy Bullard the other day. I listen to the Official Lost podcast,10th Wonders(Heroes fan podcast) and several different NPR ones.(I like Fresh Air and the Movies one)

What is it now, 4 goals in the last 5 for Owngoal? How long can we rely on own goals and blunders from the likes of Jagielka and Carson to get results? I'm not saying we aren't playing well, but often times you don't get results because you don't take your chances. We have been avoiding that with own goals. I can think of several draws that could've been wins with Carew in there, and several wins that probably would've been more comfortable. I definitely think we are much easier to defend on set pieces without him. Plus Gabby can't play every game. I don't think there's an argument that we don't need strikers.

Basketball is huge in Asia and may be the 2nd most popular team sport in the world- In large part because China is so huge but it's also played all over the world- Europe, South America, Africa, even Australia had a pretty good team this year. The NBA is the dominant league but the Euroleague isn't too far behind and the NBA is filled with players from all over the world. The UK is one of the few places it hasn't gained much of a foothold. The US has had strong teams finish 6th, 3rd and 3rd at the 2002 Worlds, 2004 Olympics and 2006 Olympics, respectively. Our last championship was a close win against France in 2000. If we can beat the world champions Spain tomorrow then we win gold! 8)

I think £16 million plus Finnan would be a great deal for us. We say we have to make a stand and not get bullied on this deal, and don't you see that's exactly what MON has done? He has pissed off everyone involved with Liverpool and we are waiting for their 5th(!!!) bid! Barry is a good player and I'm sure he will do well for them but I don't think he's worth £18 million! You set your asking price high and MON did that and he has gotten Benitez to move far more on the price than he has.

I agree. Chelsea were the better team on the night. I hate Man Utd and feel like they get so many lucky breaks. Van der Saar was beaten and Terry slipped. But Chelsea should have done more with all of the possession and shots they had.

Hopkins wasn't very gracious in that interview. "Everyone but the Brits knows I won" "I put on a boxing clinic and made him look like an amateur" etc.
