    I think K Mac is the worst realistic appointment we could make. 1-0, backs to the wall, wave upon wave of Everton pressure and he doesn't use his spare 2 subs to break up the game and waste a bit of time. Unsporting yes, but Fergie would have used them, but not before asking them go and play out on the left wing first as to waste as much time coming off as possible. By all accounts Mac is a nice guy, and in the big bad world of Premier League football, nice guys finish last. See Southgate, Shearer, Spragia etc.

    Moyes will not be the next Villa manager I guarantee it. The bloke just seems loyal, and his comments before the season started back it up. Everton stood by him through some tough times as well so he won't just walk out ala MON. What the **** were you thinking Martin???

    If Randy has told MON he has to sell to buy then it could well be that MON wants to take the money. It's a shame that he's signed a few stinkers and not spent a tad more wisely as the need to sell wouldn't be so great. Milner is good but you'd have to accept a bid of over 24m.

    How is some one slating Petrov? Barely puts a foot wrong and easily our most 'classy' player. The same bloke suggesting we throw Bouma back in after 2 years with out football. Absolute genius mate especially with the Blues game next week! We dominated today and deserved the 3 points. Happy days!

    We've ran out of steam again and hit a brick wall. This is very similar to the Liverpool game last season. We've been solid in defence all season so to concede 7 is a real shock. We must beat Bolton now to get ourselves up for the Chelsea game, because if we don't we can kiss goodbye to any hope of winning the FA Cup. Chelsea were awesome and it's a shame we were at the Bridge today and not Spurs. Going to be a hard weekend!

    Going to be a real battle tonight. We'll certainly be favourites but for some reason we never seem to go into games and out play teams (bar Bolton!) I reckon we'll win it 1-0 though.

    Gutted but we can expect to win our next 2. MON seems not to trust some of our younger players and seems unwilling to take a gamble! Playing old favourites out of position rather than giving some of the younger lads a chance.

    4-5-1 means a lot less pressure on the full backs, thus Shorey and Beye have improved performances. Reo Coker tends not to work in a 4-4-2, yet is perfect in a 4-5-1. Have to play the same team V Fulham. Brilliant tonight, a good time to play Liverpool as they just lacked a bit of sharpness and we worked hard and for each other. Really hard earned win! Delighted!
