McLeish has been terrible but how can you defend teh players? Bar given even has under performed - I don't blame the kids as they are new to it; Petrov did Ok when he played and Given hasn't let us down; but Gabby, Hutton, NZog, Dunne, Collins, Warnock, Delph and even Ireland wouldn't warrant above a 5/10 performance for this season. Bannan (after the drink driving incident) & Albrighton have looked off the pace as well. Summary: McLeish needs to go. However he is more than right to have a go at the players they have been crap this season. Don't give me this about McLeish never taking responsibility and blaming the players, Did DOL? Did MON? No in fact they did quite the opposite. I have not heard McLeish once blame his tactical set up, he thinks he is doing right every game, so he has got little respect for the players they are obviously not performing. Wenger, Ferguson, Mancini. I have all heard them say they got it wrong. Even if the players have an off game its ""WE" not only the players, the fans etc. This is where McLeish is going wrong, he is alienating the players by blaming them. But the players know tactically they are not a wining side its all wrong. No wonder they cannot be bothered. Did MON ever blame himslef? or DOL? Nope. MON threw away a great chnace of 4th by persisting with 442 and running the players into teh ground - it was obvious to everyone - FFS even mastermind John Terry could tell. The players can't be bothered as they're on huge contracts and don't need to try - they have the perfect manager in McLeish as they can hide behind him and everyone will think it's down to him. The senior players are anabsolute disgrace. Where's the players motivation? getting paid silly money have no affinity or association to the club - do you think, Delp, Collins, Dunne, Warnock, Beye etc give a **** about Aston Villa? No chnace. Who ever we get in as a a manger will still have to get rid of the deadwood and dross that MON left behind (and in Nzog and Hutton - McLeish has added to). there are massive [problems throughout the club. Lerner being a soft touch, getting duped by MON - agreeing to paying those god awful stupid wages. Appointing Faulkner Appointing Houllier and not backing him in the getting rid of the wasters. Nowt to do with the manager then?? Dont get me wrong, im in total agreement that the squad simply isnt good enough. In fact, id go one better...its **** awful. But Eck has been getting pelters all season and hardly anybody on here would acknowledge the fact that our squad is shite, yet when it seems that Eck may be leaving soon everybody all of a sudden seems in agreement about the squad being shite.

Whats up with navigation on it?? Its simple. Each door on a level leads to one of the rooms that branch off it, when youre near the door a picture pops up to show whats on the other side, then check map to see if thats where youre planning on heading. It really isnt hard. The main warp gates are a bit of a head **** though. I 100% completed this a couple of weeks ago. Granted, i had to use a guide for a few of the harder puzzles but still had loads of fun doing it. One of the best XBLA games ive played

Dale mentioned the last few games that Ireland hasnt been available we can see what we're missing. IMO, we have still been creating chances without him - arguably more so. Just cant finish them off. In other words BOF, i cant see what Ireland brings to the team

Given has been by far our best player this season. Robbie Keane also showed more in 6 games than Ireland has in 2 years here.

And if it werent for our players being unable to hit a cows arse with a banjo we would have won alot more games that we have. Special mention goes to Gabby who has developed the touch of a rapist and has made 'grubhunters' a speciality of his.

That would explain why hes been so shite then.

For all the money we recouped on his good signings, we have lost a shitload on the players who we are stuck with. Most of whom arent fit to play in the championship. The money he wasted on absolute shite (4m on harewood whilst chasing a top 4 finish???) far outweighs the good he did here

He knew the best players were all gonna leave, and he knew that what hed be left with wouldnt be good enough. And he was right to be fair. Still a tosser for walking out on us. Honestly... Any manager who had that sort of affection and support from the fans and then walks out and leaves them in the shit - tosser. End of.

I honestly think that he took a look at the piss poor squad hed assembled and thought '**** this' lets face the facts here... Mon assembled a team of shite - the best players were being poached and there was **** all he could do about it. He took one look at our team of talentless mercenaries and didnt fancy it. He bottled it.

I think the players should be showing alot more fight than they have done, regardless of who the manager is. Where is their pride ffs?? I take pride in the job i do and im sure everybody else here does. My managers a bit of a cock but i still give 100% anyway.

The whole teams confidence is shot to bits. I actually praise Bannan for being the one player in our team who tries something a bit different, rather than play a 20 yard backpass to the keeper everytime
