I mean, even good managers can sign shite players. Just look at MoN. Mcleish has made some good signing imo. Given is class. Hutton is strarting to look half decent. N'Zogbia has shown it in flashes. Keane was a good signing. Holman looks decent. The only real bad one is bringing in Jenas and letting Makoun leave but 99% of poster here seemed to agree about that deal. Who knows. Maybe mcfrillypants can build a good team if given the funds. Like i said its a tough question

Ireland ends most games with a sore neck. It's hard spending the entire game watching the ball sail over your head off the boot of Collins, Bannan and co. He'd do better if he had players around him who could retain possession and keep it on the ground like he does. You cant blame mcleish for Collins having the footballing ability of an ape. Him hoofing the ball upfield every time it comes near him cant be coached out of him. Its engrained into his DNA

Pretty much. It was the same last season and that was with a different manager and better players. I dont see how sacking Mcleish will suddenly change our inabiltiy to string 3 passes together

I just cant wait till we get a new manager in so that we can start playing like Barca again. We have the players to do it but Mcnegative is holding us back. I agree about putting Lichaj at LB instead of Warnock. Hutton is shite but hes improving with every game. Warnock is getting worse.

This is exactly what i did. When i first bought my PS3 i was aware GOW3 was coming out in about a month and the HD collection had just been released. Id never played a GOW game before so i got the collection and blasted through that. Then i got GOW 3 and i was just like whoa this is amazing. All 3 of them are class games.

The thing is though, David Dein is a football man, not in the sense that he used to play football but in the sense that he obviously knows what hes on about and has been involved in the game for years. Faulkner strikes me more of a netball man in his freshman year

Jaysus....didnt i highlight to you a post i made in the Mcleish thread whereby i put part of the blame with him and part with the players?!?! Is that not blaming him?? Or is it simply because you want me to admit to you that he is 100% responsible? Because if thats the case, i wont. Simple reason being because hes not!!

Maloney really has been playing well for them. Was superb against Liverpool the other week. I always thought he was a decent player whilst he was here. Always seemed to pop up with a goal. But like with most players needed a prolonged run in the team to really gel with the others around him. Unfortunately, that didnt happen for him here
