Great chance to get a win tonight against the saints if dean gets the formation right. Southampton have`nt scored many this season so good time to stop the rott.

I have to admit the last 4 games have been so bad. Dean just looks lost to me like something is missing. The problem is the games we should win are coming and lose them then i dont think any thing will save him even "credit in the bank" im sorry to say.

Dean needs to get a good result friday! i would take a draw if we play good and look like we have turned the corner. But if we have another 3 goal go past us and look still like we dont know what we are doing then it will be worrying for dean.

Last night was awful and it was a worry seeing that first half. Dean needs to change not only the system but also get the players to keep the ball and pass it better.
