I've heard the opposite - people I know with knee problems use the treadmill rather than the roads until it's cleared up. Personally I wouldn't touch a treadmill with a bargepole, I hate gyms with a passion. Run off road. Nothing wrong with having a bunch of hot girls working out infront of you...gives me inspiration to keep on running Mate at my uni the ratio is 4 girls to 1 guy....Gym is my favourite time of the day...they love it aswell the cheeky mares 8) ..

Sorry, but this is twaddle. Where do you think all these mixed race people come from? Half the Villa team? The President of the USA? I think lots of People do not believe their lives are better due to multiculturalism, people do not accept the fact they should take pay cuts & accept longer hours to compete with immigrant workers, people on the social housing waiting list do not gracefully accept the fact asylum seekers are more deserving of a habitable home than they are. The BNP are the only party who accept this hence they will continue gathering support until the main stream take their heads out of the politically correct sand & do something about it.

General, I am a Current season ticket holder at Villa Park as my dad, grandfather was before me. And I was wondering if you can tell me if Randy and the Aston Villa Board have looked into possibly implementing the Modern and Popular "Safe Standing" Zones at Villa Park???...some modern examples are the ones implemented in grounds in Holland and Germany have been a resounding success! A move like this would absolutley Delight all the Aston Villa fans, and honestly make Randy twice as popular with the Villa fans as he already is!! I look forward to your reply
