I was referring to the coaching staff, scouts, physios, etc. Many of them do not have sufficient qualifications to warrant their positions at a premier league club.

not just the players that need to go. we have people in positions at the club that they have no qualifications, experience or know how to be in. At EVERY level including coaches and scouts. the club is just rotten - literally everyone should be gotten rid of and replaced

i think today shows we aren't far away from competing. Throw in a decent striker and we're winning this match - and West Ham are 6th!

Dont blame him. When he signed he was told if he wanted to bring new players in he would be backed. He wasnt. He should walk. I wouldnt think any less of him.
