    What can I say, I'm cautious! I think we are playing excellently but have two very tough fixtures, Chelsea for obvious reasons and Wigan because they may well need a win to stay up. Its other teams results which worry me. All teams (apart from Wigan) need one more win to go above us (if we don't pick up any more points of course). Now many of these teams are pretty awful, but they could all definitely pick up 1 win from 2.

    Massively. It's not much different to a defeat given the goal difference. Not only that but they now HAVE to win one of their remaining games and we HAVE to lose both for them to finish above us. The odds are getting longer. Honestly, anyone who still thinks there is a good chance we'll drop start placing your bets. You could get very rich from it. If Sunderland win and we draw one more game then Sunderland go ahead of us. Great. You honestly think if we get one more point we'll go down? Didn't say that at all. I think if we get one more point we should be safe.

    Sunderland stay below us but if they win one more with us picking up 0 or 1 points they go above us. A Sunderland loss would have been excellent.

    Far? kk. EDIT: THE pessimism in here genuinely hurts. Especially after the ecstasy at Norwich. Teams below us (apart from Wigan who we are still to play) are one victory from overtaking us. Every team below us has a winnable fixture. Our 'winnable' fixture must be seen as Wigan who will also be targeting that game to get 3 points and seemingly have all the luck in the world. Perhaps 'far' was too strong a word, but I still think we need some fortune and a positive result in one of our next two games. Sure, our recent performances suggest we will, but it still remains ridiculously tight down there.

    I think we still need 1 more point this season to see us safe. Just want to ensure it comes before Wigan because I think Wigan will win that.

    There is no way QPR will do us any favours against Newcastle. I said before today we need 4 points from Norwich and Chelsea to be able to go into the Wigan game safe. Still think this is the case. We certainly could pick up a result against Chelsea. Apart from recent thrashings we have an ok record against them. Throw in the fact that it is our last home game of the season then a draw/win is not completely out of the question. I would be a lot more nervous if it was Man Utd we were playing.
