    For it to go badly wrong, we would be relegated. Now then every appointment is a risk, I am not looking at next season as top 6, I am thinking mid-table but as long as we see improvement. McLeish may have stayed had we seen some sort of improvement with the football on the pitch.

    Wouldn't want RDM, as MM is right he would actually think he's bigger than AVFC with the luck he's just had, I'd tell him to pick my lotto numbers too! He is not the man for AVFC, we need someone with hunger and drive, Di Matteo will think he's achieved.

    Yes PussEKatt, just like the previous two managers who had Premiership experience. I'd rather have a manager with ambition, understands what it is about being Aston Villa manager.

    KMac is not a manager and never will be, he reminds me of Terry Connor great coach but when put at forefront, looks lost. No doubting his coaching but some people just are not cut our for being managers. To be honest I want KMac and GC to go back to reserves/youth. New manager should bring in his own staff, ideas etc.

    Martinez has bought some shite to be fair. The Argentinian striker was his biggest purchase and it failed. He also only has a 27% win ratio. I wouldn't mind him or OGS to be honest, but I think OGS is more hungry for the position.

    The reason why he uses Fifa 12, is to understand formations and key areas, At AVFC, he would have the required technology to do this without Fifa 12. He's used initiative to understand the game but hey lets slate him for it. I really think he could be a special manager, and we'd be perfect for him. It will be steady progress but least he won't diss us like the previous two managers, OGS has stated we are a top 6 club, the previous two played us down like we some small time half assed club.
