    I agree Richard, but however I feel we need to change our philosophy of how we play football, seen kick and rush for far too long and gets us nowhere! Can Lambert change that style he is very direct ala MON!

    Look I think we should forget 6th or even top 8, I just want to see improvement on the pitch, I think if we finish 10th to 12th it'll be considered a success as long as we're not fighting relegation. This man should not be considered for just 1 season but 4 to 5 at least.

    I think their showing respect to Molde, if they were interviewing further candidates he wouldn't have left.

    We complain at our board for not appointing anyone from abroad? They then do what we ask by looking differently and then we state they have no prem experience! I'm excited that we'll have a manager to change our philosophy and hopefully won't see hoofball.

    I agree BOF, no way would he let send his plane to pick up an Interviewee, it's like if i was going for a job, would the employers send a limo to collect me, we're lucky to see if they'd pick up the expense.
