    Exactly Villabromsgrove. We are too bloody nice, we even paid Birmingham City for McLeish because we ain't got a bloody clue. I honestly don't know where we go now.

    JulieB, thats all well and good, however my point has nothing to do with Molde, it's the constant dithering our board do. If you want OGS, you fly out to meet him, you bring him back, get the deal done. This interview process is bollocks, you have a list of 5 targets, my no1 is XXX, try for him don't get him, move on no 2 XXX.

    Just like OGS did, Mark their is something seriously wrong at our board level. Not being funny but couldn't stand Doug but in terms of PR disasters this would never have happened under him.

    Look Paul Lambert hates the media, he gets easily riled by them and yesterday was that day. I would not read anything into what he says to the media.

    I think he's been told by AVFC that he ain't wanted hence the meeting with his owners to sort out their issues.

    I would be very surprised if Randy's jet goes to Norway. Norway will possibly have their military Air Force ready for it, Honestly believe OGS will make his own way.

    It wasn't that JG didn't understand depression, he just did not understand Stan Collymore like a lot of us, Stan Collymore's best performance for Villa was John Gregory's first game. I think JG gave Stan a lot of time, remember he did sign Paul Merson who had his own problems.
