I'm sorry but if United come calling, I'd ensure we have a massive fee on his head, I'm just excited, yes it's a risk but the fact our club are thinking long term instead of just next season as they did with McLeish says something. Whether you like it or not, he's a winner. if you look at all new type managers, Martinez, Guardiola, Rodgers? Do they look the shouting type, however they'd command respect on the training ground because of their ideas.

I think OSG knows more about this country than Solbakken knew about Germany. OSG knows our club as he has played at VP many a time, he knows how the media, everything works in this country, so i think if he did come it wouldn't be a culture shock. To be honest its no worse than what we had last season, managers like Lambert, Martinez are sitting in their comfort zones and probably wondering do we want it? Or they've just not been approached. Personally if Randy has flew out, it's because the deal is done, also to the person asking why Randy has flew out, i think it's in terms of respect, Molde are in their season.

All I would say if we go for OGS, we need a strong number two with him, Clark has been mentioned, I would even be on the buzzer to John Gregory and ask him if he wants to be part of AVFC as assistant. I think the problem is we have a few big headed personalities in that dressing room, OGS has someone stated above has possibly had it all nicey nice.

We possibly have, we do need to think further a field though, and not just be single minded to the Martinez, Lambert and Rodgers. We need to go abroad and have a look at managers with decent credentials.

I think it's a question for Paul, if he wants a bigger, challenge, bigger club then he'll move simple no matter what you or MON says. If he feels he needs to be loyal to Norwich which he might then he'll stay. I think it's a very tight call and i think either way, neither club should feel embarrassment about it as you'd understand the reasoning. But i am getting sick to death of hearing Wigan, to a lesser extent Wigan go on talking about AVFC like we're some half arsed club, we've had it bad last year, could have been much worse, but we are still here and it can only get better.

Agree Tim, He's possibly one of the only reliable ITK's and provides information which he hears, he doesn't have to but he does!
