  1. Then he can kiss good bye to multi millions of pounds if we're stripped to the bare bones with McLeish's management skills.
  2. Don't worry lads, Paul Faulkner said we're aiming for Europe this season, but McLeish is closer to relegation zone than Europe, so surely that must mean he has failed and is close to getting the sack? There seems to be no signs of it happening though. Oh Paul Faulkner you. You had us fooled didn't you? Who would have thought the club's real intention was to survive in the league so our chairman can cash in his Sky cheque next season?
  3. I find it funny how you slated the manager and defended the player last season in a similar situation. That's not to say N'Zogbia was wrong though, as he was wrong just like Collins and Dunne were last season. Like I said in a subsequent post you got beef with the management say it to their face. Don't hide behind your **** keyboard like Charles has. A bit like our manager then using an Email to tell Birmingham he was sodding off to join us!!!! Eck leading by example then eh? 8) 8)
  4. and totally undermines the club that is Aston Villa. N'Zogbia has been brilliant for us, hasnt he? Shame he hasnt got the same attitude as a bloke who is here for 7 weeks and is busting a gut for the club. rocket polisher N'Zogbia Last game he scored a goal. This game he got an assist. Then he gets brought off for **** Heskey (HESKEY!) and then he watches his former club defeat us going up to 5th in the table. I'd be **** pissed off as well with the way the management is going.
  5. I find it funny how you slated the manager and defended the player last season in a similar situation.
  6. Anything that undermines McLeish is good in my book. But no doubt tommorow we'll see N'Zogbia on the official site saying how happy he is under McLeish's management.
  7. I take it this line of thought doesnt extend to the fans? No because the majority of us didn't even McLeish.
  8. Easter, don't you remember when the General asked for our support against Newcastle (at home) and there was a video of speech (from a film, can't remember which) about how we're in it together or something? Alot of us agreed to be the 12th man. Well, it's not going to happen this season. They'll be fools if they asked again.
  9. But I'm sure if he picks up a scrappy win against Wigan he'll be won over by many fans who were pro defensive in this thread after coming from a win against the mighty Wolves.
  10. I would prefer Rodgers over Lambert. High posession is always the best. It's great to watch, it'll create more chnaces and frustrate opponents.
  11. You know what? I don't think fans should be forced to be the 12th man and help the board get out of a sticky situation. All this could have been avoided if the board actually listened to us instead of stabbing us in the back and making the biggest controversy appointment ever. They've made their bed, the fans shouldn't have to help them get out of it. We did it last season and saved Randy alot of money, but this season if we do get relegated, it'll teach Randy a valuable lesson and it'll certainly hurt him more losing multi millions of pounds. Would **** serve him right. He can't even be arsed to attend so **** him if it happens.
  12. I still fear this season. We still have Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City and Tottenham to play, and all it's going to take is a couple of banana slips against lower mid table teams and we could be well in the relegation battle in the final quarter this season. Will McLeish get us out of it? Will the fans and players have faith in him? No.
  13. How do you know we won't go next season? What happens if the relegation fight is tight as it were last season. McLeish has the same points as Houllier did last season right now. But we know for a fact McLeish is hopeless in relegation battles. He won't get us out of it.
  14. The odds of him being gone as the next manager should be last if they knew our board. McLeish could have 0 points in 20 games, a goal difference of -100 and the worst football displayed ever, but the board would still keep him. They put the manager before everything. McLeish could kill their dog and they would still back him. They are evil when it comes to this stuff. Pure evil.
  15. Too late for the club to do their stupid PR. The damage is done. I'm glad N'Zogbia is telling us the way it is. Under McLeish's management it does look like he has shackles on.
  16. McLeish has lost the dressing room and the majority of Villa fans. GTFO!!!!!!
  17. That was over 2 years ago. Everyone dislikes McLeish for doing shit. Suddenly he picks up a rare scrappy league win and people with low ambition are shocked by an alien result. Now people dislike him again. That's things changing very quickly. Why should people have big ambition's though? We are not a top 6 club anymore. The days of teams like Man united and Chelsea fearing us because we could easily beat them on our day are gone. Those people getting happy over a scrappy win know every win is important right now. We've been in the league since it's birth. Why should we be thankful of survival? That means nothing right now. Do you think if we got relegated people will feel sorry for us because we have been here forever? Some people are just thinking realistically. Relegation is a possibility now. Those thinking we have any right to be in the top 10 are very hopeful. I've come to the reality that we are no longer the same side under Martin O'neill and are miles from it. We're still a capable top 10 outfit. You don't have players like Given, Bent, Gabby etc and think relegation is a possiblity. But McLeish has made that happen because he has no place in the Premier League and it showed again today. Thanks Randy. Thanks a bunch for being a typical yank.
  18. He was shit today. He should have actually been sent off.

  21. I'm still not confident in this season to be honest.
  22. Hey the Villa fans who were blaming their own when we lost matches. We lost an away match. I guess the away Villa fans were at fault for that as well? Not McLeish's fault is it? Nah....
  23. Come off it. He takes off Ireland for Bannan. Not Clark for Bannan. Then he takes off N'Zogbia for Heskey despite setting up Keane for the goal in the first half. Then when we were 2-1 down after having sitting deep and playing hoof, it takes him ages to make the last sub from Clark to Gardner. People who still insist of defending McLeish after this result have deep insecurity issues and it's scary how far you'll actually go of defending him until he pisses you off.
  24. We did play crap in the second half that cause us to the lose match thanks to McLeish horrible decision making. It's you who has the blinkered view. 6 wins out of 24 makes you happy does it? You have lower ambition than **** SHA.
