Cast time beeing 1.5 seconds from 36 yard range (i think), compared to classes who need to be at the target. Reagent you can get back e-z from every mob you kill. And its not like you fight for every mob either. I farmed 2 primals just now and nobody tried to take mobs close to me, most likely cause almost everyone die to warlocks in PvP. Dmg increase, the more health you gain. It says nothing about re-working the entire talent. It just states that drain-mana will no longer be affected, and as a carrot they give us increased dmg while drain life'ing.

Meh you can open with immolate, shadowburn, wand, or simply find yourself a place for yourself. And the soul siphon 'nerf' is hardly critical, in fact it will make PvP easier to a degree and you can drain tank even better.

Afaik never me or Riss left the game. We took a break to study, then would consider wether we came back after finals 8) Naysons problem is that one character gets tedious. Nope i wont rubbish them for beeing undergeared, i will rubbish it as either not correct or the players you faced couldnt play. If you are focused fire you dont get cycloned. If you are focused fired you dont get blinded. If you are focused fired by more then 1, you dont get gouged either. All three abilities are there to break combat with the current target. Ergo. No focus fire.

Well we always struggle with it, but then im a DoT class. You focus them, they dps from range. Frost Nova, Blink, DPS, and when you finally get him low, Ice Block. And by then you very well might have lost one party member from their dps. And thats not considering invisibility, which will make you focus someone else and Ice Barrier. They just wont **** die.

Nah you wont beat all classes. Rock, scissor, paper or what you say. Mages are a pain for anyone if they are frost. Possibly the most OP arena build ever. Me Dan and Gone met 3 frost mages in the arena. So thats a lot of CS and pets, and considering the fact that you cant move either. Guess the stamina and resilience is the key here aswell. Survive the initial cooldowns and it gets easier. Thats the thing. 2 v 2 is more about combo's. Its about what classes you have, synergi etc. Me and Kinxer beeing prime example. We made 1650 rating with nada of pvp gear and me only having Frozen Shadoweave set. This is only because Paladins scale well early, and Warlocks simply do well due to talents in 2 v 2.

Fair enough, but cant you see a red line here with you meeting stealth squads with worse gear then yourself considering your rating? A rogue scales a lot better with epic weapons from PvE environment then you would with yours. Maybe you simply dont meet those teams due to rating? Anyway, as long as we enjoy it yeah. Im trying to get Trl's healing gear together for the arena now, but im gonna try get 10 k hp unbuffed before stacking resilience. Still my gear is shit atm. And i need to do the Sporeggar quests for a cloak. Didnt Nayson get exalted there or something? Should i just do the quests, or must i farm aswell?

But you really are wide off. Ive said that Riss cant take a zerg from a stealth combo, because he doesnt have the gear, and this is considering the stealth combo has equal gear as riss. When you lack PvP gear, your earthshield, shield and general armour rating wont hold you up. Resilience is what helps here, and until you get sufficient of it, stealth classes will tear you a new one. No you actually didnt. You tried to bail out of the fact that you assumed i hadnt played the class. You were wrong. I wrote it. You listed class abilities for some reason, abilities we all know of. Abilities that wont help you ENOUGH when zerged by a stealth combo. You listed something about yourself which is not really interesting. So i asked why you were Mr. Pete Repeat, instead of actually saying WHY the class will manage a stealth zerg. So what we really are down to is your expert opinion. A shammy who doesnt have a single PvP arena team over 1500 rating, in fact not over 1450. You can get 1450 by beeing AFK. Let me get this straight, you assume a stealth combo cant zerg you because the druid has to refresh cyclone? Serious? What you think the casting time on blind is massive aswell? Its not BS, its actually spot on. In 3 v 3, 5 vs 5 you simply stack resilience and stamina and nothing else. When zerged you will survive with x-healing, which is also why a 5 vs 5 team with 2 or 3 healers is higher ranked in general. Now i assume you talk only for your 2 vs 2 where Paladins shine at early levels, this is simply because their armour and bubble is very effective until you get enough resilience and stamina to compete. So with class abilities, trinkets, LoS, you assume you can CC the healers. Mate this might be were you **** your rating. The underlined part is not to be argued with really. In general you will focus fire whoever on your opponents team who will die quickly enough while beeing healed. If they have a well geared healer(s) you simply cant out dps his hps. This means you target the healer(s) from the start. For instance; You dont target warriors for several reasons, beeing rage and tactics. You dont target mages because they will not die as Frost ones, and they are Frost. You DO target squishy healers because they will make or break the fight. Even if they have very good gear you have to target them. This is where stamina and resilience is everything. Hunters are generally easy to drop, but if they have that stupid **** BW and good healers you wont be able to. Seriously, if you never meet a team with lots of healers in the arena, then its because your rating. Just having healers in itself gives you good rating. They do when the shaman we are talking of have **** all stamina and resilience. Sorry you are just wrong. Not really, you just dont know the game aswell as us others.

Haha you said all that, but answered nothing. You said i never had played a resto shaman, i had. You were wrong. You never said ive played a shaman healing in the arena. I had. You were wrong again. And when you are healing yourself under a stealth class zerg like that, while your partner is cc'ed, you wont be able to stand it unless you have fuckloads of resilience. You wont be able to heal, so wether you think you can or not isnt relevant. Stealth classes are DESIGNED to make you UNABLE TO HEAL. Yes all classes benefit from stamina and resilience, but none as much as healers. Tell me, do you target warriors in the arena? SL locks? Frost Mages? No, you target healers. Because a healer makes or breaks the fight. Ergo. resilience survivabiliy is a fuckload more important for a healer then any other class. Thanks for coming. Tune in for next class of enlightenment.

Think Petrov has underperformed by miles and was never thought of as a stop-gap signing. BUT Harewood definatly is, atleast i hope he is. And £ 4 Mill for a stop-gap in the current market isnt that much.

Well you wont be 1 on 1. You will be 2 on 1. And that would be to stealth classes with epic weapons and PvP spec. They would burst a healer down like ****, and you know it Dan. Especially when your anti-class is already taken out of the fight. And if you have played one healer you have played em all. Only problem i had with the shaman was figuring out the right totems. Maybe you would struggle with getting all the holy priest spells, but its like a 2 min learning period.
